Our stay at Udaan Himalayan suites and spa was a wonderful one. They maintained excellent cleanliness and hygiene. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and made sure we have a smooth and wholesome stay. The food too was really nice, fresh and tasty. Saroj and his colleague at the reception also made sure we have a smooth and quick checkout without any hassle. Overall we loved the stay here.

Firstly, The staffs are really polite and cooperative ever ready to serve specifically Priyesh,Saprapti,Vansita and kesang. Secondly wifi connectivity is very poor and irritating that need to be fixed. Thirdly, The food is subject to improvement. Forth the location is very nice

It was a very good experience, location just at the main market, main USP is their restaurant Grains which not only pure veg but their big screen and light live music makes the experience awesome, plus their service at the restaurant special mention of Srijan whose service is awesome.

Priyesh, Anisha the service offered by them were apt. The hotel stay was pretty good. The staff is polite and caring. The room service speed can be improved. The location is near to the railway station and mall road is nearby. Rooms have heater and stand fan.

It was our first stay with udaan hotel and I’m very happy with the service food and room view was quite amazing would love visit again. Special mention to few staffs Priyesh,Saroj,Saprapti and ujjwal thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Anisha and Priyesh Front desk team were cooperative and adaptive to the changes. The hotel is located nearby station. The view from the room is good. The staff is polite. Room service can be improved. Food is tasty and staff is co operative. Overall comfortable stay

Thanks to staff Mr.Priyesh , Saparpti,Saroj and Ruchita,Kesang,ujjwal Have a good stay. The room is spacious and clean and had a Kanchanjunga view. The hospitality is really good and the staffs are very cooperative. The food is yummy. Would love to visit again

I went there with my whole family and the service was pretty good and fast and the food was pretty tasty and they maintain a very good level of hygiene. The staff was very friendly specially Anand bhaiya who gave us the food pretty fast and took care of all our needs in a very friendly way .

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. Very nice food, and the best part, it's pure vegetarian. All the facilities are excellent. The services are timely and staff is very friendly. Definitely worth visiting. Would highly recommend this place to everyone coming to Darjeeling.
