The best thing about the hotel is its position: facing Mount Kanchanjunga. The Kanchenjunga facing rooms have great view of the 3rd highest peak of the world. The Mall us a beautiful short walk away. The staff are always eager to help. Food is good.

I visited at Darjeeling at the end of January 2024 for 2 days. I was staying at the retreat Darjeeling hotel .I like the hotel for its view point ,quite place , well maintanence and above all good behaviour of staff. The view from balcony allow us to directly see the majestic kanchanjunga which seem ethereal during sunrise.

The staff there was relky good. Elagant I would say and the hospitality was up to the mark . Room service was fast and the comfort was up to the mark. Loved the stay and really happy. I will surely be coming back for a visit. Happy with every thing there and commendable location.

This hotel was excellent value for money! The location was fantastic, close to all the main attractions in Darjeeling. The room was clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay, offering helpful tips about the local area. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was the best experience I have ever had . The staff were so good and the hospitality at the down to earth . The room was very unique in its own way and the view was so good from there we can see the kanchenjunga which is pride of india. The food had it's own uniqueness and the overall it was the best retreat I had ever stay
