It’s located next to Pradhan Nagar. Ideal place to stay for seeing doctors. Excellent breakfast. Good swimming pool located in 2nd floor of the hotel. Breakfast has plenty of varieties of food. Perfect and clean rooms. Everything well ***aged. Hygienic to stay during COVID time.

Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.

This Hotel is located in the hub on the Mall road but one has to climb very steep steps/hilly slope to reach to the hotel. No vehicle is allowed to the hotel doorsteps. Practically impossible for senior citizens and elders. Breakfast was included in our package. We stayed for two nights. Rooms are fairly spacious and attached bathrooms are very small. There is no lift in this property. It is really a Himalayan task to get into the rooms on the higher levels after climbing so hard from the streets to reach the reception We were provided stale food for breakfast on both the days. When complained, there is no response from management. It is shameful on their part to treat their own guests so badly. On the second day of our stay, we were denied to join the buffet and they served stale noodles on the table. This created nausea to all the four of us. In the meantime, a group from Gujarat was served fresh food in the buffet and we were denied to join with them for the reason best known to the manager. We did not had much time left with us to fight for our breakfast and had to leave towards Bagdogra to catch the flight. Will never ever visit them again nor will we recommond this property to anyone in our circle. Very bad attitude.

It was one of my best stay experiences recently. Location: The location is very near to Darjeeling railway station - about 300m. Mall road is about 1-2 km away, that should about 20 minutes on foot; besides, cab is available from railway station - costs around 300 INR to Mall road. I will give the location 8/9 out of 10. Rooms: I had booked Kanchenjunga View Suite. The room was spacious and had a wonderful mountain view. There was a decent sized balcony overlooking the mountain and the valley, with sitting arrangements. The room had a large screen TV unit with OTTs installed. The room decor was impressive as well with good lighting. The room had all required amenities such as heater, centralized ac, electric kettle, wadrobe, study table, attached bathroom - clean and spacious, etc. I will rate room 9 out of 10. Cleanliness: I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the housekeeping. The housekeeping staff takes great effort to keep the hotel clean, and that deserves a shout-out. I would rate 9.5 on cleanliness. Hospitality: Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and polite that it is a delight to interact with them. They never forget to greet a guest whenever they meet in the hallway or in the lobby. They are very professional and provide exemplary service. I would rate 10 out of 10 on hospitality. Food: The restaurant is called Grains and is a pure veg restaurant. It might be a disappointment for non-veg lovers, but after experiencing a 4-day stay, I would say I have no regret. It is rather a delight. The quality of the food, even though all veg, is excellent. It also has a decent choice of menu. The breakfast is delicious and has a very good spread. I liked the breakfast so much so that it was too an attraction for me. Even though it is pure veg, I still had a great dining experience. Every evening, there is a live performance event and a buffet dinner at the restaurant. I would rate food experience 8 out of 10. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a customer's delight. I am eagerly looking forward to staying in this hotel when I visit Darjeeling again. I would rate the hotel 9 out of 10.

We had to catch an early morning flight. We had booked hotel Jagat for the night stay. I was skeptical initially. But, it turned out to be a nice clean place. The moment we reached, the ***ager and staff kept telling, don't worry about anything, we will take care of everything. They took good care of us with tea, snacks, dinner. Nothing fancy. But clean hotel with reasonable service. I left one personal item. When I called them, within moment they found it. They offered to send it to Airport. But, I had already passed security. I requested them to courier the same. They couriered the item to me. Very helpful ***agement and team.
