Pullman Sydney Hyde Park

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Hyde Park. It's an easy walk to Darling Harbour and the Opera House, and shopping is very convenient. It's also not far from Chinatown, so dining options are plentiful with lots of great food nearby.

The front desk service was mediocre. They charge for early check-in and late check-out, and they even forgot to bring the water I requested. The hotel facilities are very old, making it extremely poor value for money. The only good points were the window view and the ideal location, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. I won't be staying here again.

Lucky enough to get a suite upgrade upon arrival. The inner room had a large bed, about 1.8 meters, and they added another bed in the living room. The night view from the balcony was pretty good. The breakfast fruit was nice, but I'm just not used to foreign food. Honestly, it might be better to book without breakfast and eat out. It's not too far from Sydney University and the Fish Market. A taxi cost a little over 50 RMB.

The only good thing about this place is its great location and the spacious beds in the twin room. Everything else is really old and dated. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in ages, completely ruining the view. It's such a shame for such a good location. On the positive side, the price was reasonable. The front desk staff seemed a bit mean.

The location is fantastic, right across from Hyde Park and next to the Australian Museum. It's close to all bus stops and within walking distance to the Victoria Building. The lobby offers luggage storage and a comfortable resting area. The room itself is spacious and cozy. My only suggestion, given the carpeted floors, would be for them to provide eco-friendly slippers.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the hygiene, environment, service, and facilities. It's right next to Hyde Park, and the night view is also beautiful. Transportation is very convenient. Definitely recommended!

Honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I was a bit hesitant when booking, but I was extremely satisfied after staying here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is very convenient; you can easily walk to museums, churches, the opera house, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and more. Most importantly, the room facilities were excellent and kept the room nice and warm.

The hotel generally meets five-star standards, but it's positioned as a more accessible five-star option. The decor is quite traditional, not a modern, brand-new design. The rooms are well-maintained, and if you're lucky enough to get a high-floor room, the view is fantastic. You get a direct view of the harbor and the sea, which is beautiful both day and night. The rooftop pool and gym are definitely worth checking out; the views are superb and were a pleasant surprise during my stay. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, a few minutes on foot, but it's generally acceptable. Overall, it offers good value for money, making it suitable for travelers who want a five-star experience but are also budget-conscious.

All the facilities were well-maintained, with stable hot water and smooth internet. It's perfect whether you're traveling solo or with company, offering great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.
