On the end of 2022 I was charged 100% of the booking fee, approximately €1500, for an entire month, despite canceling a few days in advance and never checking into the apartment. I understand there are cancellation policies, but the lack of flexibility in this situation was disappointing. Instead of attempting to rebook the room for other potential guests, the management threatened legal action, which was unnecessary and stressful, especially as an international guest. I find this kind of rigid and unsympathetic customer service unacceptable and unfair. It certainly does not reflect the standards of a reputable business.

Ipartment une politique interne à la tête du client. Vous pensez payer la totalité mais ils prélèvent un deposit sans prévenir. Puis après quelques jours, ils vous font des problèmes, ne font pas le check in avec vous, donc peuvent décider de garder votre argent 1000€. Si quand même vous décidez d’y aller, ne louez pas les vélos qui sont en très mauvais état, chaîne qui déraille, roues dégonflées qui m’a valu d’avoir un accident. Et cerise sur le gâteau vos compagnons de chaque nuit CAFARDS ET SILVERFISHES (je ne connaissais pas), car visiblement ils n’ont pas d’aspirateur !!! Photo pas super, un film pris au petit matin mais tous les jours j’ai tués au moins 3 qui littéralement jonchent le sol de la salle de bain et de la chambre
