I am very satisfied and happy with my stay at this hotel. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very clean amd perfect location. Just few minutes walk to and from Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof. Simply excellent stay and would hundred percent recommend.

Friendly staff/near train station/ clean rooms. Recommended for anyone!

It's clean, quiet and comfortable. There are places to eat nearby. The internet is strong and it's a good environment for work. The breakfast is delicious. It's a 2-minute walk from the station.

It's nice, the room has a train station view, but it's very quiet with the windows closed. I have been in Damm for many years. It was the first time I looked at the train station so seriously. I couldn't help but take a lot of photos. Bad attitude, loud noise, small room, the double room booked only provides a bottle of water and a set of essentials! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Germany, I do not recommend staying there!

The hotel is very close to the train station, just turn left and it's 100 meters away. The front desk staff is very friendly and always smiling. The room is bigger than expected, very suitable for business trips.

It was a very good hotel, clean and the front staff was kind. There is no need to worry about the surrounding environment or security. Breakfast was also delicious.

Excellent service and hospitality. One of the best stays I have had. Breakfast had a huge variety and included local tastes. I would definitely go there again soon. Convenient place at the center of Darmstadt with plenty of transport options too.

The hotel is well located. Close to the railway station and bus/tram stop. There are many restaurants in this areaThe rooms are clean and bright. Some of them have railway station views. But it was quiet and I did not hear trains. The ladies at the reception were polite and helpful.

Parking was easy they even have a charging point for e-cars… relaxed check in/out, no luxury but looks friendly/neutral. Very clean! Breakfast good enough witj some variety- even GF bread and soy milk, good coffee, fruits. Staff very friendly. Close to the Central Station but not noisy. For the price paid, a good value

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been satisfied. This weekend, however, the service was excellent, both at check-in and at breakfast. We would be happy to come back. Tip: book a room on the 5th floor, it costs around 25 euros more but the rooms are larger and quieter.

The overpriced breakfast was missing eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. Nothing was replenished. The breakfast service was unremarkable or non-existent. The bar closed at 10 p.m. No minibar, drinks from a vending machine that only accepted cash. The fire alarm system was out of order during the entire stay.
