Premier Inn Dartford

Dartford never disappoints. Friendly, helpful check in, always spotlessly clean rooms (we prefer the Premier upgraded rooms for the coffee machine, the iron in the room and the huge shower. And you never struggle for parking at this location. Our choice of hotel when having to travel for business in Kent.

Even better than last time! Surprisingly, the whole experience was second to none. Very accommodating staff, quiet room and good night's sleep! Keep up the good work. See you next time and I'll recommend you to all my family & friends. Not bad choice at all. 👍

Exactly what was expected nice clean friendly hotel with free parking cant go wrong. Near to bluewater, lakeside just the other side of the bridge. Brands hatch near by, need to be mindful of rush hour traffic. Beefeater next door serving food until 9pm

Disgusted. 2 night stay paid for With Breakfast. 1st day quality of food poor dried out. 2nd day despite being residents refused breakfast in favour of day visitors. Tried to sit at a table girl on duty screaming you cannot sit down I need all the tables for day visitors. I said we are residents and have already paid. I gave up and went and complained to receptionist All they could say was “Sorry” ended up getting a refund and went to local McDonalds. Met some other residents and the same had been done to them about 15 people, complaining about breakfast saga and other complaints like TV not working in our room, I said our room TV was volume governed so sound very low. When you book online in advance they should know how many tables would be required for breakfasts as it’s booked with rooms. Anybody booking rooms here with breakfast near in mind although you have paid getting what you paid for is not guaranteed.

Room was great, clean and comfortable as usual however the food in the adjoining restaurant was poor

Good location, with really lovely, welcoming staff. Room was adequate, with the added bonus of the coffee machine, chocolates and a great, big shower. Huge car park, so no issues finding a space even when checking in late. I will definitely return, and highly recommend.

I have stayed in a lot of Premier Inns and this is the worst one ever. The air conditioning didn't work properly and there was no other form of ventilation in the room, so the room was far too stuffy. The rooms were very tired and in need of a refurbishment. The bathroom smelt disgusting of old cabbage water, the drainage obviously isn't adequate, room 353. The restaurant food was passable, small portions of plastic prepared food. The breakfast was ok, however there was something always missing, either there were no eggs, then when there were eggs there was no black pudding etc...

Left us a welcome pack containing some wine, a cocktail and a few chocolates. We were half way through a drive home from Paris, so it was a really nice touch that we weren't expecting. Breakfast was really nice as is always the case at a Premier Inn.

We have stayed at many premier inns and this one several times. Dispite this not being the closest to where we needed to be, we booked this one as it had aircon and tried out the new premium rooms. Pros - lovely staff - loved the fridge in the room - loved the upgraded tea tray - esp the chocolate! - loved the upgraded bathroom and products Cons - the aircon…it was non existent and made for a terrible nights sleep. We asked for the air to be put on cold as soon as we arrived - I hate that it can’t be controlled personally in the room. Needless to say, the air was on but did nothing to cooling the room. We then asked for a fan which was brought to the room but this just moved the hot air around, was very noisy and meant we just didn’t sleep well. - not a huge matter for us but tv didn’t work - no signal. The staff were lovely and apologetic. Would only stay again if the aircon works. Not being able to open and window it’s a must for us.
