DoubleTree by Hilton Esplanade Darwin Reviews

My son loves to stay there because of the swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed. So we need to go to Garden Hilton instead. We always enjoy the front desk staff in our previous stays. This time no exception, he was very good. I cannot recall his name though. We have paid for our breakfast with the booking. But when we were in the restaurant, the staff cannot find our room number. We went to front desk, the lady told me we haven't paid for the breakfast. In the end, I have to show her our booking details. In my view, this should be avioded if the hotel had do the job properly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Good, but maybe decorating ?

Friendly service and easy checkin - breakfast good and convenient. Pool nice and relaxing area. Walk to everything - enjoyable spot.

There are hotels all around. There is a nice children's park opposite the entrance. It's very close to the Crocodile Zoo. There are few Asians staying here. There is an outdoor swimming pool. The overall service is good.

It's OK, but a little old and not commensurate with the price, probably because the city is small.

The hotel is nice, with free baked cookies upon check-in, beautiful environment, breakfast and swimming pool, suitable for travel!!!
