I had a wonderful stay.
There was warm water available.

The employees are very friendly and really really approachable.. the place is quiet.. the location is good if you want to stay in a quiet area.. my only problem is that there are small insects flying.. like little moths.. too much in the bathroom and inside the room.. there are times that it goes inside my nose when im not vigilant enough.. and my other issue is the curtains that are see through.. its like you dont have any privacy.

Inn-level air-conditioner, no tables. Towels are old. The hotel is located between faded residential streets. Feels like a guesthouse. very quiet

It was dirtier than the photo. . There was someone else's hair on the towel. There was a microwave in the picture, but there was no microwave in the actual room.

The place says it refundable, but it's not and they aren't accommodating to anything, I mixed up the days for bookings and they wouldnt push the days back just 1. I was asking keep it still, just push it back a day, Noo. They are scammers and are in it for the money and not customer satisfaction or to be accommodating to anyone. I read other reviews and mines not even the worst. Trust me, pay 10$ more a day and get 1000 times better service and quality of a stay down the street, I paid 10$ more to stay at the Bay leaf, omg the pool, the free breakfast buffet... amazing
