早上11點退房，門口遇見打掃阿姨説退房，她就刷卡進我們房間。想起昨晚手機2歲寶寶看完放枕頭下，下午15:00想起過去了4個小時酒店撿到手機沒有第一時間通知客人，訂房房間訂單也有客人電話。打電話過去前台説問下阿姨，前台説阿姨才拿來她不知道，説阿姨還沒上班，打掃阿姨不是隨時有退房就工作嗎！現在15:00多還在午休嗎！撿到手機一台快1萬蘋果，不因該第一時間交到前台嗎？這什麼邏輯，要等着手機沒電？客人沒發現忘記手機丟哪裡就不用歸還是嗎就這意思吧！再説説房間樓上是幹嘛一陣一陣很吵，又搬東西又跑的。到凌晨2點多還是，拍了視頻這個發不了，圖片已經是凌晨2:42……廁所用過肥皂也不換，洗澡池這啥也不清理，臟兮兮的，沙發污漬，衞生也好不到哪裡去。送早餐兩瓶奶兩個小麪包真沒必要，客人也不在乎這種還降低檔次，還不如把錢用到設施配套好一點。
