Helpful staff and convenient hotel location, not difficult to find. The room was spacious and clean but we could smell cigarettes smoke. Great heating system too. For the price we paid it was really worth it, would book again.

It’s really really nice room, it’s really clean, and even there’s no windows in our room but we didn’t care much because it was very comfortable.
Thank you to the girls at the front desk who were so helpful and kind! They were very accommodating.
This was one of the most value-for-money hotels we’ve stayed in. Location is great too. Would recommend to friends! :) Thanks again!

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They did everything they could for us to be comfortable. They helped us book day trips and gave us restaurant recommendations. Their service was simply excellent.
The location was perfect 5 min away from the old city center by walking. The room was big, spacious and clean.

There is a barbecue street next to the hotel, which is quite noisy at night. The room is relatively small. It is the peak tourist season and I feel it is not worth the price. The service is OK. They took the initiative to call and gave me a small gift when I left.
