Upon arrival, the front desk staff noticed I had children with me and thoughtfully provided kids' amenities. During meals, the waitstaff were also very attentive to my two little ones. The entire stay was a fantastic experience. When checking out, the front office even gave us a small gift. It was a very pleasant trip, and I want to commend all the front office staff for their bright smiles and incredibly prompt service!

The hotel is ideally located in the ancient city, making it incredibly convenient for dining and sightseeing. We arrived quite late, but the hotel arranged a complimentary pick-up service, and the driver was very friendly. They even offered us a lovely afternoon tea, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel's public areas are stunning, with elegant and sophisticated design, truly a picturesque setting at every turn.

My solo trip to Northern Shanxi led me to choose the Datong Jixiashan, and my overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The room was much larger than I'd imagined, and the furniture was all high-quality. The architectural style throughout the hotel was also very photogenic, and the space planning and details were tastefully done, making for a truly comfortable stay. What touched me the most was the service. I accidentally twisted my ankle while out sightseeing and asked the hotel for some ice. To my surprise, the front desk staff, upon hearing about it, quickly sent up a medical ice pack, which prevented me from getting frostbite during extended icing – their attitude was so gentle and thoughtful. In the evening, they even offered a sweet night porridge, a truly heartwarming gesture for travelers. Everything, from the environment to the service, was meticulously arranged. It's not just a beautiful guesthouse; it's a place filled with warmth and human touch. Plus, the breakfast was abundant and delicious! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Datong. It was a very reassuring and healing accommodation experience. I'd love to bring my parents here next time.

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean! You can see the ancient city just by pulling back the curtains, and the location is excellent, super close to the Southeast Market. They offer sweet soup every night, and the breakfast is delicious, with both buffet and à la carte options. I'll definitely choose Jiashan again next time I visit Datong!

Extremely satisfied! It's right next to Dongnanyi and absolutely beautiful. I especially loved the various courtyard landscapes and the museum. The breakfast was fantastic, and they even provide Guancha toiletries.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel of this quality in Shanxi. Originally, I had planned to drive straight from Chongli back to Taiyuan, but because of the 'Jishan' brand, I specifically made a stopover in Datong for a night. The room was excellent, offering views of the ancient city wall, and the modern design perfectly blended with the historical landmarks. I brought my child, and the hotel even has a kids' activity room. The swimming pool also had a full range of children's amenities. The entire stay was fantastic; all the staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, making us feel truly at home. I'll definitely be back to experience it again in the summer!
