Location - Easy to find and located in a convenient part of the city with access to restaurants, banks and 7/11. Service - receptionist very accommodating and quick check in. Amenities - no lift, with pantry but needs permission to access. Would have been nice if they just open it for guests. Room and bath no hooks to hang clothes or towel but very clean and tidy. Liked the feel of the sheets.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is only 700-800 meters away from Davao City Hall. The night market barbecue is right next door. There are many shopping malls in the surrounding area. It is convenient for shopping. It is also very close to the farmer's market. The hotel customer service is friendly and the hotel restaurant is convenient for customers to rest. The shortcomings are It just cannot provide guests with an induction cooker to heat food.
