I had high hopes for this stay. The cleaning staff was great. And the food was decent. I was going to book six additional days , but after not being able to receive credit back or at least a refund for 1 night from the management, I cannot recommend this hotel. Also from the room that I stayed in. You cannot open the window to allow fresh air.

Room was cleaned enough. But the elevator was too old and need an update. Interminent wifi connection. Buffet breakfast is okay. Limited hotel amenities, only swimming pool.

Great hotel and great location in the downtown area. Older establishment but clean and great staff. The staff are well trained and customer oriented (the best I've ever experienced at any hotel). The bed was very comfortable. The food was incredible: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and full of people celebrating the Season. The cost was an excellent value. I highly recommend this spot. You can easily walk (within 5 minutes) to a Gaisanos, drug store, Dunkin' Donuts, and 5 different banks. The night market about a leisurely 15 minute walk is a fun experience. Apo View Hotel will not disappoint you and will be my choice if I ever return to Davao City.

The best with regards to location. Nice place specially they are renovating. Hope more food choices

it was a great experience in general.the location,cleanliness,great food,and the customer service are the best-selling point of the hotel. the only issues that they should work on is its wifi inaccessibility and the swimming pool unavailability. it's quite disappointing that the whole time we stayed in the hotel, they were not able to fix their wifi and the swimming pool is always "under maintenance".

Front counter, restaurant and blue room bar stuff wasn't friendly, and room air conditioning wasn't cold. It's just not worth for the money.

The wifi very slow and the TV in the room where we stay no signal. The room is big breakfast are great.

Stayed here for an event. The room is clean and quite big but the bathroom is small. The towels are a bit old.

It was a long-established hotel, but it seems like it has been renovated in places.  The restaurant is beautiful.  Buffet style.  Since my child was tired, we had dinner in our room, but the restaurant was busy and it took quite a while to get through on the phone.  The room was a large family room, and for some reason it had room for 4 adults, and there were 2 king beds, so I was lucky in a different way.  There are plenty of amenities, including thick bath towels, face towels, and hand towels.  There was a bath, and the children could enjoy bathing, but it took 30 minutes for the water to become hot.  It was comfortable with two new air conditioners installed. フィリピン在住2年目日本人です。老舗ホテルでしたが改装もされているようで、キレイです。レストランもキレイです。 子供がグズってしまい、レストランでの食事は諦めて、部屋食で済ませましたが、電話が繋がらず1時間以上待ちました。大人2人子供1人(3歳)でファミリールームタイプを選択。何故か大人4人分のアメニティが用意、厚手のバスタオル、フェイスタオル、ハンドタオルも4人分、ベッドもキング２台分、違う意味でラッキーでした。浅めですが、お風呂もあり子供も入浴を楽しめました。ただお湯になるまで30分以上待ちました。エアコンも新しい物が２台と快適でした。食事を安く済ませたければ、フードパンダで配達も可能のようです。外出も良いですが、排気ガスが酷いです。朝食ビュッフェ付きチェックイン14時からチェックアウト12時で総額1万円ちょっとですから大変お得かなと思いました。

The hotel is really good. It’s clean and the rooms are huge. Top of it all is the employees welcoming attitude. They always greet us when they met us anywhere ing the hotel. The swimming pool is also refreshing. This hotel crews are absolutely commendable. Keep up the good work guys. All respect to you. Hat’s off.
