The Apo View Hotel Reviews

The room assigned was a bit old compared to the rooms of the colleagues assigned on the lower floors. Ordering food takes time and there is a need to talk to different staffs/ departments. Supplies were provided except for conditioner. Clean rooms and swimming pool.

Great location! Burnt cheesecake is a must try! Great service from the restaurant and room service. I hope the reception could do better next time. It took some time for me to get my room and rest. I don’t know why there’s only one staff attending to quite a number of guests who want to check-in.

Loved how accessible and close it is to every establishment. will definitely be back! ☺️

Bonding with my friends with one room sharing together is fulfiling & we hope again to have another round of staycation.

The newly renovated wing is good and clean, service is great, staff very accommodating, food at breakfast is okay. Location is also great.

"All the staff and crew you meet will greet you, whether we’re inside the elevator or hallway, i mean anywhere…and I really like that. They are very friendly. I also like the food they prepare for breakfast. If I had a bigger appetite, I would definitely try everything laid out. And of course, since I was looking for a peaceful and quiet environment to relax when my spouse and I stayed, this hotel provided that. We will come back to you, Apo View. Thank you so much to all of you."

The computer system of the hotel had been compromised and we were not able to book into the apo view hotel. They spent 3 hours trying to find us another hotel to stay .a complimentary dinner was given for compensation for the issue. The hotel we were sent to did ot have the same amenities as the apo view hotel unfortunately

The service is good but i felt a little disappointed because our shower don't have hot water

i checked in around 7pm drop my bag and head for a meeting dinner arrive back at the hotel late so i got super tired after bath i went to sleep when i wake up i get itchy on my back and something's bitting me on my legs while im cover with duvet ... when i stand up i saw alot of sugar granules on my bed and i get a bed bug bites on my legs ... i asked for the manager i wasnt even able to eat my breakfast buffet which is included on my booking coz i waited for them for almost 2hours !!!! and they can only offer a lunch which i wont be able to get as i have to leave before 12nn for a meeting !! I always go to davao for a business trip and this was really a bad experience even if you paid for a good amount for a room !! i wont ever come back and recommend this hotel again !!!they are not even very responsive !!
