The hotel was very accommodating to my requests for a king bed and a view of the mall. I appreciate their gift for my birthday

I really loved this hotel. The room is spacious, comfort room is reasonable, staffs were courteous however, some front desk officers were not "welcoming".location wise, excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Check out process, amazing. Check in, was fast. Just a note, floors in the cr needs refurbishment, carpets in the hallway was kinda old and weary. Over all- highly recimmended. Worth it.

Hotel room was OK but 707 has a design flaw which causes the bathroom to flood. The shower door overhangs past the raised floor which means the water drops onto the main floor in front of the toilet and sink. The water gun was not very powerful. Finally the breakfast food which was meant to be hot such as Hash browns, mushrooms and beans were cold every morning.

Room and service is ok, facilities didn't able to use it coz its only 1night.

Great overall experience. Big rooms, friendly staff, great facilities. Helps that Seda Abreeza mall is right beside the hotel!! If you like singing, there is a family-friendly karaoke place near by too!

Tiny swimming pool and noisy corridors. Poor food choices and breakfast quality. Nice Mall across the road….,

Seda Hotel Davao provided a delightful stay during our recent trip to the city. The hotel’s modern and elegant ambiance immediately captivated us upon arrival, setting the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of either the city skyline or the majestic Mount Apo, depending on the choice. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the amenities provided added convenience to our stay.

A very nice hotel in Davao City and just a few steps,is the Abreeza mall.It was very convenient especially it was drizzling a little bit.Found out there were also a lot who booked @ that time so we had to wait for several minutes to be seated for breakfast,it was all worth it.The most important thing, we were impressed,checking out,we were told we were good to go,no waiting for someone to check the room.They trusted their clients.

My husband always prefer to stay in Seda coz of approachable employees and it’s easy access to the Mall . The hotel was clean too and the food is good especially for OFW , we always miss Filipino food .

We stayed for 1 night with club lounge access. My family indeed enjoyed their stay. The breakfast not that much spread but I guess its more on filipino dishes. Though I expect more variety. We had pleasant experience overall.

Hotel is a bit old. Rooms are not at par with the price. Breakfast is decent with good options. Club lounge can be skipped unless you want privacy during meals. It is beside the Ayala mall abreeza but a bit far from the center.

I accidentally booked the wrong bed type and asked the hotel to change it. In the end, they accomodate my request and change it. Still out on-the-go hotel when we come to Davao.

This hotel is such a wonderful place to stay. Convenient and the accommodation is heaven
