Great location and new clean hotel

The hotel was clean & comfortable . It’s fairly new. I was able to check in very easily is a basic standard hotel.

After booking a room then driving 9 hours to the hotel I was told they didn’t have any rooms like I booked available. I checked in digitally 1 1/2 hours before arriving and was never informed until I went to the front desk that they were out. I have been a diamond member for 4 years and this has never happened until recently and has happened twice this year. All at Hilton hotels around Orlando. When I cancelled my reservation and go back to the Hilton App it still shows they have the room I was told they were out of. Maybe inform people with reservations that you are out of a room before they arrive? We have the technology…

Definitely would not recommend this place my room smelled like a locker room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable

We've stayed at this hotel on two different occasions. Both were great experiences. Our room was very clean, and a special note must be made of the excellent staff -- especially the very friendly woman who was there on the morning shift, as well as the young gentleman who worked at the front desk at various times. Both are a great asset to your business.

I’m really upset with myself that I didn’t get staff names because I enjoyed my one-day stay and would love to give a shout-out to those whom I interacted with. Wished I booked more days for my “staycation.” Check-in and checkout was seamless. My room was clean, and my neighbors were quiet. Breakfast was fresh and not overcrowded. They give you a variety of items to create breakfast sandwiches (biscuits, eggs, cheese, sausage, bacon, etc.) and your other staple continental breakfast, like waffle station, unlimited fruit and more. Also, the location was the best part — it's at a light and a gas station, popular restaurants and stores are on the same street. Very peaceful area and hotel. I’m booking again immediately.

The room was clean, had all the amenities you need for toddlers, room service is every other day which is perfectly fine, and overall for the price it's amazing. My wife and I will would happily stay here when returning to Disney with our two toddlers. The breakfast is honestly better than expected considering it's free. The staff is courteous and helpful. Overall very happy with this hotel
