I have been here for a week now for work. I highly recommend, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The lady serving breakfast is very helpful. I haven't seen a single bug. The bed is comfortable, spacious bathroom. The outdoor pool is a good size and clean. Very close to many sites in Orlando. Nice hotel for the price

This place is so run down and dirty there's roaches running around everywhere I got bitten in bed By bed bugs and it stinks in there really bad I would have been better off sleeping outside attest I wouldn't of got attacked by bedbugs outside do your self a favor and don't stay there take my word for it people this place should be condemned I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay there

Hotel stinks, breakfast is nasty , bread was hard . No one is ever at the front desk , they’re always hiding in the back room . I booked a suite and they gave me a regular room and gave me the “roll out bed for free” no I paid for that . No one could help me . And brushed it all off to the manager , manager never came to speak nor was at the front . Worst hotel I’ve ever been too . Food all in the hall way . Side door has a key to enter and doesn’t even work just opens without a key . Tub felt like it was going to crack and had an empty spot in the middle . Very out dated . Just disgusted with this whole place for 400 dollars I could’ve stayed else where now I know to google first before i reserve .

Keep driving and don't stop here. Dont waste your money on this property. Staying here should be free and even then i would stay elsewhere: the property is outdates and unkept, damage wall in bathroom, not working outlet, no breakfast other than no-working cereal dispenser and stale bread.

Very run down hotel. Bed was okay but they had two king beds stuffed in a room not big enough for 2 king beds. That meant we either needed to sleep in separate beds or one of us was shoved against a wall with no nightstand.

Need I say more? Yes! Mold on ceiling and carpet. Smells like a crack house. Night agent refused to clean nor accommodate. Only positive; day agent was the only one to show empathy and respond accordingly. I did not stay, we drove from hotel to hotel looking for a place to stay to avoid sleepy driving with our special needs kids. There was a local event and nothing available until a manager at another hotel was mortified and opened up a room for us. And they charged double of what the nicer hotel charged us.

I did not stay at this location. The room was not as listed on the website. Everything was old and rust in the stand up shower tub. The was cloth had hair on them. I went back to the front office and told the staff that I couldn’t stay there and wanted a refund. I was told that hotel.come would refund me my money and I haven’t received it yet. I was also told that I would get the $50 from the hotel itself and I haven’t heard that either,
