Das Hotel ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Die Zimmer waren auch sauber. Die Speisen im Rahmen der Halbpension waren sehr geschmackvoll, bis auf die Suppen. Leider wurde das Wasser nach dem 4 Tag im Zimmer nicht mehr aufgefüllt.Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war zu warm. Eine Regulierung war nicht möglich. Bettdecken viel zu warm für die Jahreszeit. Zimmermädchen teilweise unaufmerksam. Z.B. fehlte bei uns einmal das Toilettenpapier, das wir uns dann aus dem Gemeinschafts-WC am Restaurant selbst besorgen mussten. Aber wahrscheinlich gibt es auch hier wie fast überall Personalmangel. Sollte allerdings in einem 5-Sterne-Haus nicht passieren. Das Service-Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbvereit, auch wenn oft keine Deutschkenntnisse vorhanden waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden, und Sonderwünsche wie z.B. Spiegelei wurden immer freundlich erfüllt. Das Abendessen, das wir als Halbpension gebucht hatten, ließ allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig und erinnerte uns mehr an eine Vorstadtpension. Von einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwarte ich mehr. Bei den Hauptgerichten konnte man nur zwischen einem Fleischgericht und vegetarischem Essen wählen. Teilweise war das Essen recht lieblos angerichtet. Oft sah alles etwas zuammengematscht aus. Vorspeisen und Desserts waren wenig abwechslungsreich. Es gab jeweils zwei Alternativen zur Auswahl, wobei eine Alternative bei der Vorspeise immer ein gemischter Salat war und beim Dessert ein Fruchtsalat, manchmal mit einer Kugel Sorbet dazu. Allerdings bestand der Fruchtsalat überwiegend aus Äpfen und wurde in einem kleinen Gläschen lieblos serviert, was dann aussah, als wäre er vom Frühstücksbuffet übrig geblieben. Zur Hotelrezeption musste eine Treppe hinaufgegangen werden. Wir hatten schweres Gepäck, und es gab keinerlei Hilfen vom Personal, auch bei der Abreise nicht.

È veramente inaccettabile che il camion del fornitore rimanga acceso con il motore del frigo e del camion sotto le finestre per 20 minuti alle 6,00 di mattina svegliando tutte le camere, ma soprattutto me. Mentre scaricava la merce per l’albergo è rimasto 20 minuti dove era impossibile dormire. Sicuramente non era la prima volta e il personale non poteva non saperlo e se non lo sapeva non sa fare il suo lavoro. Poi sento dire in reception che lo faranno presente a me non interessa più perché non dormo più lì. Poi a questo punto ho analizzato la colazione dove non sono presenti i cartellini per sapere cosa contengono i contenitori… tipo yogurt alla… succo di frutta alla … (come faccio a sapere a cosa è la pietanza? Se ho allergie?) il tesserino è una ennesima mancanza di un hotel che si spaccia a 5 stelle!!!!! .. vi allego le foto per darvi certezze…. E poi si fanno pagare anche caro!!

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet, die Badezimmer hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ständig bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wenn irgendetwas nicht stimmt wird sofort geholfen oder für einen Ausgleich gesorgt. Wirklich hervorragendes Personal, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer zu einem Scherz bereit. Sehr zu empfehlen. Man fühlt sich einfach sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Immer wieder gerne. Leider haben wir es versäumt Fotos von dem Zimmer zu machen. Sehr schade. Wir haben uns trotz eines anstrengendem Programms sehr erholt.

Das was das Hotel von außen verspricht, hält es auch innen. Dezente, geschmackvolle Dekoration, angenehme Aufenthaltsecken. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Empfang an der Rezeption. Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Servicepersonal im Restaurantbereich. Frühstück bzw. Halbpension war tadellos. Grosszügige Zimmer mit schöner Holzdeko. Selbst die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist direkt vor der Tür. Den umfangreichen, zu empfehlenden Spa-Bereich haben wir aus persönlicher Zeitnot leider nicht benutzt. Wir haben den relativ kurzen Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen und der Abschied vom Servicepersonal fiel uns fast schwer. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel !

Schönes und tolles Hotel, an sehr guter Lage in Davos Dorf, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer (meine Zimmerkategorie war ein Executive-Room), die Zimmer nach hinten sind sehr ruhig, Herr Zeqiri von der Reception war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, zudem wurde mir zum Geburtstag eine Flasche Prosecco ins Zimmer gestellt.
