Großzügiges Doppelzimmer, tadellos sauber, funktionell eingerichtet. Tolle Lage und gute Infrastruktur für Skifahrer - in Gehdistanz zur Jakobsbahn. Nette Mitarbeitende, praktischer Parkplatz gegen Gebühr. Gutes Frühstück im Nebenhaus. Kämen jeder Zeit wieder hierher zurück für ein Skiweekend.

Das Haus ist super, moderner Standard, gutes Bett, grosses Bad. Bar im EG. Gute Lage, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück ausgiebig und genügend. Genug Platz im Skikeller. Genügend Parkplätze.

Sehr freubdliche Bedienung am der Rezeption und schöne, moderne saubere Zimmer. Die Lage ist super, man übernachtet praktisch am Skigebiet Jakobshorn und die Bushaltestelle ist vor dem Haus oder der Bahnhof Jakobshorn wo noch öfters Busse fahren ist 5min zu Fuss entfernt. Ebenso ist ein Skikeller vorhanden.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Geräumiges Zimmer und Bad. Reception, Steakhouse und Frühstücksbuffet waren nebenan im Haupthotel. Gedeckter Gratisparkplatz hinter dem Hotel. Rundum zufrieden. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Ein freundlicher angenehmer Empfang. Das Zimmer ist schön und ansprechend. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Hotel liegt ideal zum Bahnhof wie auch zum Ort selber wie auch zu den Sportanlagen. Frühstück war durchschnittlich aber ok. Sehr flexibel Frühstück konnte bereits um 5.45 eingenommen werden und war auch parat. Kommen gerne wieder und können es nur empfehlen.

The house itself is great, modern standard, good bed, bar on the ground floor. Only the isolation from the bar could be better. The staff, especially the front desk might need help with the organization. Bus timetables only partly known. Parking lot management, poor, communication with the restaurant obviously does not take place. Breakfast is a normal "Swiss" buffet.

We stayed here in February for five nights and I can honestly say we hardly got any sleep during our whole stay. Firstly, we had to change rooms as the first one we were given stank of stale cigarette smoke, the next room appeared fine…..well until the bar downstairs is open….it’s like living above a disco! We complained on two occasions to be told the hotel doesn’t own the bar and basically there’s nothing they could do (or be bothered to do). The breakfast is also disappointing, same day in day out with no variation and after five days becomes tedious.

Don't stay here. There is a bar on the Ground floor that pumps music out till the early hours of the morning. You report this to the hotel management and they simply don't care. Seriously we stayed here for 5 nights and did not get a single decent night of sleep, the noise from the bar is the stuff of nightmares. The bar smokers compound is on the front of the hotel too and people gather here to talk, sing, and shout till the early hours. Spend a little more and stay in a place that cares about its paying guests.
