民宿很有特色，地理位置也不錯，就在木棉花景區門口！去德天瀑布的半路上，直接搭乘接駁車就到了，非常方便！

酒店在景區大門口，在老木棉酒店辦理入住，不開車就有點不方便，公用景區，早餐走過去要五分鐘左右。周圍環境還可以，親子房挺大，設施比較陳舊，水壓小，空調聲音大。

説走就走的淡季旅行，沒有提前預訂。從德天瀑布出來已是傍晚，隨手翻了攜程，這家150的大床房價格美麗，最最重要的是前台小姐姐給了一個大驚喜，150的房間直接免費升級到老木棉酒店，房間雖小，設施很新，去年十月剛裝修好，性價比逆天！在此怒贊一下人美心善的前台小姐姐，樑秋霞。
房間有智能馬桶，電動窗簾，毛巾和衞浴用品都達到連鎖四星酒店標準，有一次性浴缸膜，早餐也令人滿意。唯一瑕疵是淋浴花灑水壓不夠大，但瑕不掩瑜。
這裏幾個酒店都是廣旅旗下，建在一個大園子裏，溪水孱孱，樹影婆娑。園子深處有一片百家姓龍門陣，暗藏卦意，有點意思。可以看出，此地建造之初的設計獨具匠心，但可能後來遊客稀少有失維護，現在有一種破敗後的大觀園的即視感。園子後面還有個房車營地，看起來不錯，不過淡季仍然是空無一人。
淡季這酒店這價格，真心是不賺錢衹賺口碑的，所以必須給出全五星好評！以後有機會帶孩子來二刷德天瀑布的時候，會再選擇老木棉酒店！

感謝酒店服務前台給我們升級了房間，房間很乾凈，服務也很好，下午有安排導遊免費帶住客講解老木棉景區景點，比自己瞎轉好多了。晚上還有水果送到房間
