The room is overall very good. I recommend the river view room. Open the curtains and you will see the green river and some Vietnamese houses on the other side of the river. It’s not too far to walk to the entrance of the scenic spot. The meal at the B&B tastes pretty good, and the kids like the bamboo tube meat very much. There are few types of breakfast, and the boiled noodles are light and suitable for the elderly and children. I would like to give a thumbs up to Ms. Huang from the B&B. She is super easy to talk to and has great service. She is very enthusiastic.

It's said to be inside the scenic area, but in fact it's still several kilometers away from the entrance. I was quite disappointed at first, but the store owner provided warm and thoughtful service. The next day, he helped me hire a car and buy tickets for the scenic area, which resolved the inconvenience. There is pastoral scenery outside the room, so overall the price-performance ratio is quite high.

When checking in, we upgraded directly to the Old Kapok Hotel. The hotel in this scenic area is managed by the Guangdong Tourism Group and should be the best and most formal hotel near Detian Waterfall. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews? The front desk customer service is very polite and patient. The room is clean and tidy, and fruits are sent thoughtfully. There are bags for bathing in wooden barrels. It's so comfortable to take a bath after a day in Detian. The hotel itself is a scenic spot, it is worth a visit. There are boundary monuments and rivers behind it, so you don't have to go to Detian to line up for photos. The hotel is seven or eight kilometers away from the main gate of Detian, suitable for self-driving or chartered travel. The hotel has breakfast with a rich variety. If you bring your family and don't want to try and make mistakes, choose this Kapok Hotel. There is also a RV camping site behind it, with a children's playground, which is really recommended.

Facilities: The conditions are better than ordinary camping bases. Although the family tent is small and well-equipped, it can sleep 3 to 5 people. There are 2 air conditioners for cooling, a refrigerator, a toilet and a bathroom, which is better than expected. Hygiene: The tent itself is quite clean, but because it is a tent, there is still a bit of a smell in the water, which is acceptable. Environment: The campground is located in the Lao Kapok Scenic Area. The environment is great. It is very close to Detian Waterfall and Mingshi Pastoral. It is convenient to drive there and parking is also convenient. Service: The front desk is just a canopy tent, hahaha, I almost didn't see it. The guy's service was very good and he replenished water in time. I just hope that they can provide paid lunch and dinner in the future, because there are not many takeaways here. With such a good environment, it would be great if they could provide paid barbecue.

The hotel is nestled into the Kapok Scenic Area gardens, and the landscaping is as serene as it is stunning. Buying a ticket and catching the tour bus for Detian waterfall required hiking down the mountain, but the hike offered beautiful vistas. My room was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. I was delighted to discover the room had both a small balcony and a wooden bathtub. The concierge was very helpful, and connected me with a personal driver to take me back into Daxin city, who patiently helped me through a Covid-19 testing requirement issue.

The hotel was renovated from a B&B and now belongs to the Guangdong Tourism Group. It is on the roadside outside the entrance of the Lao Mumian Scenic Area. Cars can be parked inside. The Guangdong Tourism Group also has an Lao Mumian Hotel, which is listed as a 4-star hotel. Inside the scenic area, there is another art inn, but the formalities must be handled at the front desk of the Lao Mumian Hotel. Huashe Yuanxiang is a renovation of the B&B structure. The environment is OK. The structure inside is small and exquisite, and there are welcome fruits. Breakfast is served in the restaurant of the Lao Mumian Hotel. Because they are all connected, the outside and the inside are connected. The garden-style environment, small bridges and flowing water, and lush trees are very attractive. It is recommended to stay at the Lao Mumian Hotel! It is very close to Detian Waterfall, and it also gives away tickets to the scenic area!

Parking is free. The children's watch is missing, and they also help to find it. The sanitary environment is OK. The washing machine is cabinet-style and needs to be hung one by one.
