Clean and comfortable room for families with young kids. The heated floor is a plus point when travelling to a winter place. We were here for 2 nights on December and it was freezing cold. Thanks for the heated floor we stayed warm. The room is newly renovated with modern interior. The hotel does not have much amenities other than what you get in the room. Food around the whole Xi Ling Snow Mountain is limited and they close early during winter time. Hence, do get your meal early. Hotel service, I gave it a less rating as the staff are not really sure their role and hard to get a room call service at night. Travelling here is quite smooth. We hired a private driver and took the cable car up to the snow mountain. There will be bus taking you to the ski resort area where then you will have a short walk to the hotel. Overall a good stay and certainly recommended this hotel for families.
