Unit 907! The only lighting we had was in the bathroom! Wallpaper of “newly renovated” room peeling and rippled. Toilet tank not fitted properly. Tub spout pulled away from tile. Hall rugs disgusting! Garbage pales overflowing! Real safe doors from garage to hotel and room door jam. THERE IS NO RESTAURANT ATTACHED TO THIS HOTEL! Got wiped out by storm! Tiki hut has 4 stools! Host did nothing to help! NOT RECOMMENDED! Uncomfortable mattress.

We stayed at this terrible place for one night. Luckily our owner was able to move us. DO NOT STAY HERE! I can't even begin to tell you how terrible this place is. The place is being renovated, but we heard this is taking years. Pool and hot tub were under construction but we saw no one working on it . Our individual room was nice but the building was disgusting. Elevators were scary and one didn't work at all. There were no locks on any of the doors to the outside, so anyone could just come and go it was seriously one of the worst places we've ever been in our life and we are very easy-going people. BEWARE-no joke!!!

Filthy rooms, 30+ year old carpet, very unsafe atmosphere. People off the street roaming the hallways. Live Cockroaches in the bathrooms and dead cockroaches in the refrigerator and toilet (I have photos) Horrible and the very worst stay possible. Too many negative items to list them all.

Last time I went and there was construction, this time I stayed for a few days, brand new lobby looks amazing. Enjoyed my stay here. I heard that the Hotel was under new management, what a difference. I was on the 3rd floor and the room was very luxurious Will be back in Sept

RENTER BEWARE. This is not a regular hotel. The picture you see of room or rooms are not what you get. Yes the hotel is under construction and most of it is in bad shape. NOW let me tell you about this place. The rooms are sold to individual people who in turn pay to have them remodeled and rent them out to you by the people at the front desk (Management company). Some of the rooms are rented to people who are actually living there. We rented a room there for Biketoberfest. When we checked in and got our key (not a card key. And actual key) and got to the room it looked nothing like the picture they showed on website. NOW WHY? Because the owner(not the hotel) remodels to is liking. Our room had no phone, alarm clock (which if you read in online amenities says rooms come with). The bathroom had NO TOWEL BARS OR HOOKS TO HANG ANYTHING ON AND NOTHING IN SHOWER TO PUT YOUR SOAP OR SHAMPOO ON. You had to sit it on the shower floor where feet knocked it over(Standard items in a hotel bathroom) . I'm sorry but I like carpet, it was a all wood floor, so yes it echoed. YES, room was nice and new looking but not complete. We got our money back and checked out and got another hotel that was beautiful. It had what a standard hotel should have and A LOT MORE ROOM AMENITIES. Want a great hotel. Comfort Suites. I95 and 92.

Stayed here a few years ago, room wasn't great but not bad. When we booked this time, we knew it was under renovation but didn't know each room was privately owned and remodeled according to the owner, if remodeled at all. After a problem checking in, our room was somewhat ok, but the room had no desk to place a computer on. The bathroom shower had no handle or towel rack and no place to hold the soap or shampoo. Had to hold or place it on the floor. The room apparently was not finished. No housekeeping at all. No receipt given for stay. No management staff there on Sunday (doors locked). WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
