Stayed here for just 1 night as we were off to Plopsaland the next day. Really lovely hotel, very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful too.
Parking can be a little tricky, but we managed to get parked in the orange zone which was right outside the hotel. Plus Plopsaland was just 10 mins away, so super convenient!!

Een kleine fout maken tijdens het boeken kost je veel geld. Ik vindt dit geen manier om zo met je klanten om te gaan. In plaats van constructief naar een oplossing te zoeken doet men de paraplu open en zegt men " Ja maar dat staat zo in onze voorwaarden..." Pure diefstal noem ik dat.

1 ère fois dans cet hôtel, il est très bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage et du centre. Il ne possède pas de parking privé, l'hôtel est très propre et assez confortable, le seul petit détail ce sont les oreillers très petits et plats. Nous avons pris une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse c'était calme. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est assez cher mais il est très très garnis et délicieux. Dans l'ensemble, très bon séjour, un petit sourire à l'enregistrement serait le bienvenu tout comme des explications sur l heure du déjeuner et départ. Au lieu de cela vous recevez un mail pour expliquer 🤷♀️ À notre départ, pareil, personne ne demande si tout c est bien passé, vous rendez la clé et bye... Malgré cela, évidemment, je recommande et j'y retournerai probablement.

Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel. La réception était idéale et sympathique. La décoration est très belle et tout est très propre. Nous avons obtenu la chambre souhaitée (au rez-de-chaussé avec terrasse pour notre petit chien). L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre. Seul défaut : le prix un peu excessif à mon goût (175 euros pour une nuit pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, sans petit-déjeuner et sans le parking). Je recommande pour un court séjour.
