Very friendly staff, even though I arrived after midnight on the first night, great location(10 to 15 min to airport with the hotel shuttle). Beds are soft, A/C is noisy.

Clean, hygienic, quiet environment, first-class food

The service attitude is poor. I lost my car keys at the hotel and didn't return them. It's very annoying.

Convenient location, room is big enough.

There was a funny smell in the room, and there was a pile of water in the bathroom tub!Front desk took note of my concerns during my check out but this should never happen!

Clean, very good food. At check out they said I charged a breakfast to the room, I absolutely did not. This may be a common practice because they hold an additional 50 for incidentals. If you don’t check out and just leave, they probably charge people that don’t look at the bill. They did refund me with out argument, which makes it more sus.

Overall, great facility i.e. pools, gym, restaurant, bar, extremely comfortable rooms and easy access to airport.

Kids had fun in the pool for about an hour. Staff was very nice. Kudos to Linda B. Who has been a dedicated manager for her entire career there!

Expected a nicer room than that of a $65 per night hotel but got even less. These rooms are small, the shower head restricts the water to the point of just a trickle. Had a nice friend in the tub with eight legs and wanted to bite me. He drowned cuz he couldn't swim. I mean, come on man, Oh, the bed comforter was as thin as Twiggy. I could go on, by why? Next time I visit Syracuse I will probably go to another hotel. This one is just not up to par for the money you pay. Oh, the Breakfast and the staff were good. Just management is not putting any money into the rooms. Hey, a fridge without a microwave is just dumb. Bring back leftovers and have to eat them cold... Good Idea....

Ice machine has mold inside of it , 2 stains were on carpet when we arrived , beds were smaller then expected but comfortable room was small bathroom was small but overall it wasnt that bad

Our stay was fine until the end of the night. The room next door was hosting a party with very loud music. The hotel security tried several times to put a stop to that but was unsuccessful. This continued until well after midnight

The pool was overrun with small children and we were not able to use it. There was an event going on and the hallways were extremely crowded with event goers not giving much space for us to pass through

Security never around or available. No cameras on floor levels of rooms. I was recently robbed while at the hotel, and recieved no assistance from hotel, no discount, nothing. Ended my stay early and switched hotels asap. Also the room I paid for and reserved was not available. Don’t understand how I can pay and reserve a specific room in advance, and recieve lesser value room, with no discount at arrival. Clown show.
