Rooms are not clean , look terrible. Swimming pool not good. Staff is not helpful. We took 2 rooms for family and canceled our reservation with this hotel. To stay here is not possible for family who wants to rest with children. The building is too old

I booked this hotel with my friend for our stay in February 2023. From lots of hotels in Ein Bokek near Dead Sea, this one was really affordable by price for 4 stars hotels. We arrived by bus from Tel Aviv and the bus stop was exactly in front of hotel which was really nice. From the first hotel lobby looks very nice and new almost luxury. From my opinion, hotel was probably renovated not a long ago so something is super new and something is not.. Our room was very clean but balcony seems a little old and it was full of birds. In the hotel basement u can find a pool with dead sea water which was really (really) hot and it was almost impossible to get there. Also the indoor pool area is kind of old and there was some weird smell in the other basement places. The beach.. is average. Maybe it was bcs the season bcs we went in February and there wasn't very much people. I personally didn't liked breakfast, bcs there wasn't any sweet pastries and such and the waitresses were really not friendly.

The Treatment in spa . Olga The manager is welcoming and Very helpful in getting the treatment which is essential for each individual. Especially I want to thank professional therapists who were amazing and provide Outstanding Treatment. I adore both of them. Valentina Aleksei For both of them I come four times a year I always look forward to the next time.

We stayed 3 nights in this old but generally well maintained facility on the shore of the Dead Sea. It has an easy access to the beach and a variety of services. However, the food service is definitely sub standard for Israel. We found a poor selection of low quality food. E.g. all rolls and breads were at least two days old! Fortunately, the food is much easier to improve than the facility. It takes some effort, but there is still hope!

It's actually the second time we're visiting this hotel, before when it was Hod Hotel it was a really poor hotel but when Herbert Samuel chain bought it we thought we should give it another try...too early as the did changed a lot but it's still far from reaching it's potential. The location is great as it's almost the last hotel (only one another after) at the end of the dead sea beach. The lobby is renovated and clean and the staff are nice but could be nicer for sure. Don't expect any dining in the lobby or even drinking as the lobby bar is poor and closes early and most of the time unoccupied. The free WiFi is fast and stable enough. The rooms are a bit small and the beds are terrible so sleeping quality is really poor. The TV offers some channels to entertain you with but nothing special. Water pressure in the bath is strong and really nice although still some repairs are required there. Housekeeping are cleaning in the morning but really fast and not a professional clean unfortunately and it took few phone calls to ask from the reception to replace towels and few other things. Breakfast is OK, nothing special but simply OK, Dinner is really lame and I would recommend skip it and go somewhere else outside. The pool is not so big but clean, the indoor pools at the SPA area are really good offering a dead sea water (salty water) pool, jacuzzi and and mineral pool, but they're rather small and get crowded frequently. We took few SPA treatments and these were really good, professional therapists that worth the time and money spent. View from some of the rooms is really nice so make sure to ask for it when placing a booking. Value for money is OK but as I said, still lot's of potential to make this hotel better.

I rate the full experience 0 From check in, no guarantee for parking spots as a guest. Hotel sent you across the street for paid parking. Did not receive the room till 6 PM because it was not ready. The hotel is extremely old and rundown. Very dirty. Rooms are run down and old . The beds are not comfortable. They are literally put two small mattresses together. I’m not sure who gave this hotel five stars but it’s a complete fraud .food is an edible. Breakfast buffet and dinner was awful premade food that was warmed up no labels so you don’t even know what you are eating I will never stay here again .

Nice and modern hotel. Excellent location right on the Dead Sea at Ein Bokek. Breakfast was quite pleasant with a decent spread. Our room was on the 7th floor and had an incredible view of the Dead Sea. I would stay again.

Very clean hotel. Service very good. Rooms are well kept. With coffee, tea. Bathrooms have toiletries. There Spa attached, is well run, and there Massagest are calm and are good; and not far from a jacuzzi, 2 inside pools: 1 has Dead Sea mineral water; where you float; 2nd pool a bit different. It’s warm there and they supply towels, slippers and robes. There is an outside pool too with Dead Sea mud and water. Yes parking. I’ve used this hotel quite often.
