We arrived on June 5th after booking a "Premium" room on the 7th floor through the website. During the booking, we emphasized that we were celebrating a birthday. We booked spa treatments. After check-in, we were informed that the balcony, spa, and indoor pool (with seawater) were closed. This means no hotel sauna, but we could use one nearby. There's no relaxation room after the treatment. The hotel offers massage services but without sauna facilities, etc. It seems really bad. We entered the room, and the air conditioner wasn't working. It was 40 degrees Celsius outside!! After a few hours, a technician arrived claiming to have fixed the problem. We waited 20 minutes... Still not working. This went on until 10:30 PM!! Another technician came and claimed the air conditioner was fine!! Finally, around 11:00 PM, we were moved to an air-conditioned room. I thought an automatic discount would be considered for the unpleasant experience we had, but nothing! The reception service was okay. The problem lies elsewhere...
