Travelodge Inn & Suites by Wyndham Deadwood

Okay confession time. I initially downgraded my checkin. It was not the people. Christian was great. But there was a card and lock issue and directions. I was then so impressed that manager Lesley Jeffords actually reached out to me for my concerns and addressed them. Lesley and Christian are the essence of professionalism and to me staff makes a stay. You have a little walk to Main Street but for price and superb staff a very slight concern. Thank you both for a great Deadwood stay. Tom

Clean and up-to-date easy check in

Big room,comfortable bed. Nice and quiet away from the busy streets of visitors. Breakfast could be better. Walk to the shuttle stop and take the trolley for $ 1. Or try your luck at parking in town. Watch the shootout on the main street in town.

The entry doors from the parking garage are broken and unlocked. The main door is I unlocked and unattended. The A/C unit was loud and annoying. Main Stree address, but located on the far end away from the action

Nice place for price no complaints

Stay was good, continental breakfast was lacking, did not have any bacon, sausage etc…. Only protein was microwave eggs , nasty.

smoking area needs to be moved away from breakfast area and elevator and walkway . need a shuttle to trolley stop

Really dated and dark. Rooms were very clean. It looks a bit like grandma's basement no offense to grandmas!
