前段時間出差，住了這家酒店，體驗感超棒。一進大堂，環境乾淨敞亮，前台工作人員很快就幫我辦好了入住，態度親切，有問必答。房間佈置很温馨，床鋪軟硬適中，夜裡睡得安穩。衞生間打掃得一塵不染，備品質量過關。酒店位置便利，周邊有便利店和餐館，走幾分鐘就能到公交站，出行很方便。早餐種類豐富，雖説不上珍饈美饌，但家常的粥、包子、小菜等味道都不錯，吃得很舒心。整體體驗挑不出毛病，下次還選這兒。

想不到維也納國際酒店德保店的服務這麼差，就因為沒用會員訂房，而是在攜程訂房，就説攜程沒早餐。這句話沒問題，但是接着客户問哪裡有早餐吃，居然回答説她不知道。什麼態度啊，作為服務行業不要求當顧客是上帝。但也不能説這也不知道那也不知道吧。
