Adrianna did such an amazing job! It was a pleasure to have her around for our business trip! The food was great, the amenities were top notch. Overall an amazing experience for a business training session that I was part of for the past two days.

The food and beverage team was very attentive to our needs. We never wanted for anything as they routinely replenished our drinks and snacks throughout the day. The breakfast eggs were delicious, which can be a challenge in a banquet setting!

We stayed at the Doubletree for a business workshop. The set up, food, banquet staff, and atmosphere were all amazing. Adrianna did an excellent job staying in touch with us and ensuring all of our needs were met. She even came to take our group photos at the end. She truly set a standard for overwhelming hospitality!

Not many choices in town from a hotel standpoint, but this one is nice, quiet if you're on the river side, and has an on site restaurant. Room was nice enough but like many hotels these days the mattress was pretty worn. TV and Internet worked as expected.

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Decatur, AL after the death of a close family member. We were all so sad and Kalvaree took great care of us in our time of need. She is the best! Thank you so much Kalvaree! Our room had a bedroom and den and so some of us could sleep while others watched TV. Great place!

Very disappointed in this hotel the first room they put us in the air conditioning wasn't working No complimentary breakfast the whole hotel was out of regular coffee for the rooms. the front desk associate was not very helpful in giving us directions to where our room. the bathroom was Tiny I do not recommend this hotel

We were in town for a train show and received special pricing to stay here. Parking is a little challenging but once we figured it out, no longer a problem. We were greeted by McKenzie and made to feel welcome. I had requested a handicapped room and McKenzie assured me it was. When we entered our room I could tell it was not handicapped and when McKenzie texted me to see if the room was OK I told him it was not handicapped. He apologized and said that no more were available and he could have a shower chair brought up if I wanted. The shower is not the problem-short toilets cause me difficulty. But we made do. The room was very nice, facing the river which was very peaceful. The room was clean and refreshed every day which doesn't usually happen when you are staying multiple days. The bed and pillows are quite comfortable and the temperature adjustment was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very good. I just wish the hot food could have been a little hotter. Cold eggs are not very appealing. Everything else was very flavorful. The girl that attended the tables was friendly and kept the coffee refilled. There was a hispanic lady that worked mostly the coffee bar but had to help in the dining room because of the crowds. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment. She was short several times with guests and the other employees. Rooms were very clean but the hallways were often missed. There was a used flossing pick that was in the hall the whole weekend. Elevators were very quick -doors close as soon as a floor number is pushed so be prepared. We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
