Oct2022: 3⭐: I selected this hotel as a result of needing a place close to the house with easy access to the airport. I selected this hotel through the Bonvoy app based on it fitting the criteria I desired. I wasn't able to get to the hotel until the afternoon hours about 1700. I picked up my spouse from the airport and we decided to get her checked in at the hotel on the way to the hospital down the toll road. I noted that the hotel was difficult to enter and it took a bit of concentration to locate the front entrance of the hotel as it sits over top of the tollway 90. There were two handicapped parking areas available at the check in lot. There is a pay parking garage attached to the hotel and adjacent to the front entrance into the hotel. The parking garage has more handicapped parking areas available and regular parking as well. The areas are not good for large trucks or RVs. The entrance was located and I parked and we went into the hotel. We walked to the front desk and a female worker didn't greet us, didn't say hello, nor did she say welcome to the hotel. The worker said ”give me your id”. My wife was standing there to my side and I looked to see if there was someone else there we had stepped in front of or cut in line. There was no one there but us. My wife said what did she say? Is this the check in desk? I commented that this is the check in window, right? What happened to the smile, good afternoon, welcome to Sheraton, or just hello. DEMANDING my identification upon entering the building was definitely not appropriate. Having a bad day isn't MY fault. I have a choice to choose this location, not the other way around. We finished the check in at the desk, paid for parking, and we went to the room. We dropped off the bags and found that the bathroom door sags and does not properly close as it's hitting the bottom of the frame. One of the window blinds wasn't properly functional. The noise canceling device and the traffic was something to tolerate. Some vehicle drivers passing under the hotel on the tollway, enjoyed throttling the engine. This added noise to an already bad situation. Decent area food spots are walking distance from the hotel.

Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our room. We originally booked a general suite, but it was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite of more than 300 square meters. It was very spacious, with beautiful views and new decoration. Food delivery service is also very good. It gave us a wonderful start in the United States. Thank you to the hotel staff!

The hotel is new and the lobby is warm on a cold and rainy day. The good thing about a new hotel is that the walk-in shower is very convenient. The bad thing is that as soon as you enter the room, there are two bottles of water, and the discount for each bottle is 3 US dollars, which is really outrageous.

Normally I don't write reviews but I feel compelled to write a review about my family 1 night stay at Best Western Waltham 9/23. First and far most the price of the hotel was great (A+) compared to others in the area. Great customer service, check in and out was quick. The front of the hotel and inside the lobby area was clean and modern. The easy access to the pool was great but it should be more private. The last thing I need is people watching me while I take a dip. Similar to other reviews, the room itself was dated and in great need of some TLC. There were 2 full size bed with clean linen. The mattress and the blanket could have been softer, but that's just me comparing other hotel bed to this 1. I guess you get what you pay for. The carpet is in great need of shampooing/deep cleaning there were stains all over the carpet. The moisture/mold issue in the bathroom should be address along with new shower fixtures/shower curtain. You shouldn't need written instructions to tell you how to turn on the shower. I'm glad the hotel offered breakfast even though it was ok (B-). Overall our stay was ok . Would I stay again I doubt it. However, if you're tight on budget and you don't care about the issues mentioned above then this is the hotel for you. I'm not recommending this particular Best Western.

After a really long day of travel I got to the hotel and was greeted by Breanna at the front desk. She gave me what I can call the initial hotel greeting, asking about day, flight and the rest. She was very polite and courteous and had a smile the whole time. I go to my room and kinda settle in then decide to grab some food nearby. When I came back a couple hours later, Breanna saw me and was all smiles and very welcoming even remembering my name. Probably the best greeting I have had in a long time. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Will be using it again when I am in town. Thank you

The hotel room is very clean, the sheets and pillows are white and white; the breakfast is very rich, you can make waffles yourself, super blueberry flavor, original flavor, and cinnamon apples. The hotel is very cost-effective, I booked it in Ctrip, a very successful choice, I have the opportunity to choose this hotel. I don't know why I can't upload photos.

Very good hotel, good location, more than 20 minutes from MIT and Harvard University, room facilities are good, but also cooking. Pots and pans are complete, dishwasher is also very good, large refrigerator Very real, free parking, great, staying here next time.

Great staff, very clean. Was skeptical when I read ”bathroom down the hall” but was pleasantly surprised by everything! For not having a bathroom in the room or pool STILL 10/10 I absolutely plan to be back soon! Might rent a whole floor with our couples friends

I just recently stayed at this hotel Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood. I will say thank you to Jane, Front Office Manager, she was very helpfull from when I check-in till the end. She gives me some details, where to visit, and shopping area. The Restaurant Bistro very nice, food are great. Not even to mention Zaccharia's Restaurant for breakfast is very very good. I will definitely recommend this hotel. What about the room, spacious and comfortable and clean. A Big Thank you too all staff👏👏👏👏👏👌

The hotel is strategically located, opposite naitick mail, there is Macy's Department Store, there is food court on the second floor, there is Chilefang and pizza, there is a supermarket Aldi not far away, I am very convenient to buy fruit, and the elevated road to Boston is also very close.
