I received a message that I needed to stop by the front desk upon arrival. At 2pm, I walk in, and the lady at the front desk tells me that she can't tell me what's wrong or what additional information she needs until 3pm. I gather my things and sit in the lobby until it's 3pm. The lobby area smells of chemicals and an overall unpleasant odor, I recommend some febreeze or something that smells more welcoming and inviting to travelers. At 3pm, I walk up to the desk, and there wasn't anything out of the ordinary with my reservation other than she needed another credit card and for me to sign something. She gives me a key, and fortunately my room was on the 1st floor, and my key isn't working, so I go back to the front desk again, and she gives me another key, which fortunately worked the second time around. Other than the unpleasant aroma in the lobby, stay was decent.
