It looks way different from the pictures. Hallway and stairs look too old, carpet in the halls is lifting. The rooms are clean and spacious but bathroom shower only has half a glass door and water is able to get out which sucks because it gets cold when you shower. The A/C barely works it got super hot at night. It says there a pool once we got there they said that they don’t have one.

Great front desk and room services. Food was delicious but breakfast was disappointing. Pool was not heated.. actually like ice water. King sized bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and serviced daily as asked. I am overall satisfied with expectations except the pool.

A worst room with flies assigned even though I booked as a group in advance! Initially cancelled my room as No-Show even though informed will be checking late! House keeping was not up to mark and flies inside the room roaming freely! The hotel managers and staff are aware that they need Renovation with rooms! Oldest carpet and smelly odor rooms!

Pillows were average. The room had decent space, but the lighting wasn't every good in at the work-table. The only light was a small desk lamp. The A/C doesn't turn on if it's cooler than 40 degrees outside, so the room remains warm and stuffy. The wifi strength and internet speed were good.

The hotel is nice and my staff experience was phenomenal. Front and breakfast staff. My issue with this place is the smell of cigarettes throughout one particular floor even in the room. Also the air conditioner unit is very very loud. So loud you can't sleep. The water in the room was very dirty and no hot water. We had to move our room and was told it was the entire side of the building concerning the hot water. Which was wayyyyyy on the other side of the building. We also had housekeeping repeatedly try to enter our room on check out day. The do not disturb placard was on the door. Check out time was 12 this happened twice before 9am.

I have stayed twice this month. Once for a funeral once for a wedding. Most of the staff were very nice. One server was nasty. One of my rooms was dirty and old. The second was updated and clean. They have a weird policy that you cannot consume foo in their common areas yet their bar and restaurant are closed from 11-5. You can order food delivered but have to eat in your room. At a tiny desk or coffee table.

Large, well equipped room. However, very old with carpets every where. Gym is very old as well. Breakfast buffet very limited. All in all functional and suffice to go crush after meetings. Refurbishing would be great

They had Clean rooms comfortable beds and pleasant staff. It’s a little awkward driving in from one direction but overall a nice experience. I would stay here again.
