Super 8 by Wyndham Defiance

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful Wi-fi reception was excellent Water pressure at various other hotels I’ve experienced was poor yet at Super 8 the water pressure in my shower was perfect Will definitely stay again

Carpets need cleaning or replacement, walls and doors are filthy. Breakfast was substandard. Needs a good health inspection. Which I'm not sure they would pass. I'm just glad we didn't have a UV light with us to see how nasty it truly was. But when your exhausted and had been on the road for 8 ours it had to do.

First they tried to give us a room that wasn’t clean and didn’t have bad sheets. They apologized and gave us another room but the new room had open garlic sauce on top of the microwave, bottle cap on the floor, white stains on the comforter, and the coffee was missing the plastic coffee pod holder to make the coffee. When we went to check out I was going to complain but there was nobody at the desk and nobody answered when we yelled. Won’t be returning to this hotel again. We’ll stay across the street at one of the other hotels. Worst super 8 experience and terrible cleanliness for the price I paid.

The stay was fine, the hotel staff with exception to the cleaning staff were great. Had to constantly remind the cleaning staff to clean our room. The breakfast could have a better selection. The front desk personnel were excellent to deal with.

Request to not have room 111. Here is a couple issues: Smoke Damage Comforter had holes and stains Pillows were terrible Refrigerator broke Bathroom was okay Stains on furniture & the ceiling There wasn't even a room number on the wall. Terrible experience here.

I had read some not so nice reviews and was a bit skeptical. As I had stayed here in the past, I gave it another chance. Disregard all the bad reviews, as they are quite false. My room had rather older furnishings, but was CLEAN, with good A/C and heat. The plumbing all worked well, along with the TV. The lady at check-in, Melissa IIRC, was quite pleasant and helpful. I had a very good stay and will again stay here when I am in town for gigs.

The entire place sticks of cigarette smoke, even the non-smoking rooms. Hotel staff knows about it but can't/won't do anything about it. No cleaning service over the long weekend so plan on making trips to the lobby for clean towels and soap.

Most everything ******. Room not ready. Reeked of cigarette smoke( should be banned in rooms). dirty sheets and no clean sheets in hotel. drunks were in the lobby when we were able to check in. they were harassing everyone coming in. Sheets where full of hair. They has to go to another hotel to acquire sheets for our room

This hotel was a great stay and wonderful value. The staff was very nice and even though it is an older hotel, it was clean. We do wish that breakfast would be extended till 10 a.m. and have more items available. We would also like to see coffee available all day.
