Hi, We (Me and my parents) were recently on a trip to Dehradun from 7-10th July. We wanted our trip to be at a clean and safe location as it was our first after the pandemic hit in 2020. Our experience was great! And we are now more confident of going on another trip :) The hotel is right opposite to Scholar's Home School and next to Pacific Mall. Very close to Sai Baba Temple. 1. Reservation & Check-in: Mr. Ramesh from reservations offered us a great room at great price on Half Boarding (Breakfast + Dinner). The Premier room was good, decent size but the bathrooms are small (even though these are mid-range rooms). The view isn't that great unless you are staying in the suite but it's not even worse. I have shared the pictures of the room. Check-in process was seamless, we waited for 15 minutes to get the room so it is acceptable. I forgot to ask the person's name but he was polite and professional. Mr. Dev, thank you for a smooth check out. 2. House Keeping: Thanks to Mr. Ayush Rawat from house keeping. 3. F&B: The food is good, spread is decent for both breakfast and dinner. It tastes well too. The staff is very polite and tries to accommodate requests. No matter what time of the day, the staff will greet you with a smile on their face even though they might be really tired. This talks a lot about their customer service. I would individually like to say Thank you to: A. Alisa & Khushi for always greeting us with a smile on your face. Wishing you best for successful career ahead. B. Mr. Devender for that perfect cup of Masala tea every morning. C. Mr. ***ish, Mr. Vivek, Mr. Mahipal Singh, Both Mr. Shubham Bhandari(s) for always listening and serving with a smile. You all are fantastic! D. Mr. Ramesh & Mr. Abhishek, the F&B ***agers. It's your able guidance that your team is working so efficiently and you both should be appreciated for the same. And thanks Mr. Ramesh for getting lactose free tea prepared. Hotel recommended!

I visited the hotel in May, with my husband. Reached late in the night. The next day we were called to check out multiple times even before the checkout time and the owner of the hotel who sits there started shouting on top of his voice. Saying I am the owner of this property and I dont care about anything. There was a minor delay in checkout like 15 -20 mins nothing major. And not like there was a queue of people wanting to check in! The sheets on the bed were not changed and the toilet also appeared used and dirty. It was late in the night so we decided that it's not safe to keep looking for hotels given that I was accompanying my husband Such poor service. I asked for green tea and that dint arrive. Saying you have to check out ma'am. Filthy hotel. I strongly recommend against going here. There are many other places where you can have a hygienic and a respectful stay. Horrid experience. ❌️ Absolute No I believe that he has made this hotel only for himself. We should help him in the cause by not going there. And let him stay peacefully in HIS HOTEL. THIS *** NEEDS TO MEDITATE ALL BY HIMSELF!

Basically receptionist female was really good. She put full effort to make us make comfortable. Food was good. The only point i like to highlight that room bedding sheets and the sofa cover was not perfectly clean.
