Stay was pleasant and rooms were clean. However, room service took a lot of time and food was average.

Although good ambiance and facilities lot of improvements required for services. Often phone unattended in Room Service. Same menu repeated. Food is not tasty although the quantity is more quality is less. Do not care attitude of the management to be noted and to be improved for the credibility of the industry.

Comfortable stay enjoyed at nj portico. The breakfast provided was not up to the standard any fruits not included and the service at restaurant was also not satisfactory

Very disappointed. No words for this hotel. I will never recommend anyone for this hotel. Very cheap. No staff.

I stayed there for 3 days and downs 30k for 3 day stay and two times breakfast only. Toilet got clogged two times in three days. Water had to be asked everyday. Room service was good. Wi-fi wasn't working throughout the stay. Room and toilets were average class and not worth 8k a day which i was charged. I would say that daily room rent should not have been more than 5k fir that level of service. Wouldn't recommend for a family.
