Non friendly - Rude staff Demanded extra price than agreed before. Played tricks in billing with respect to gst. They didn’t even provide any water bottle, and when asked, they demanded extra charges. I request everyone to avoid checking in at this hotel rather look for more options.

Hotel manager is very poor Receptionist Ajay is very rude We asked him to operate television he replied “ phle gadi jato Dr chalunga” n we asked to operate television again he replied “ chela k dikhao” He was not sorry for his I’ll behaviour We said” pehle to apne kaha tha k yahi park kr do” he was quite on this statement n gave a creepy look We asked to talk with the manager or owner of the hotel n he denied to give their contact no

Bathroom door knob broken, room door knob broken, WiFi not working, TV not working, no toiletries, no towels. Bedsheets dirty. It was rated so high, I am sure the earlier comments were not genuine. This hotel is not for family ofcourse. What a pathetic experience.
