Very poor amenities and manager behavior not good with customer. This is my experienceOn October 10, 2024, I attended a wedding at this hotel, traveling from Chandigarh. As I am diabetic, I requested the hotel manager to prepare parathas using a healthier option like besan (gram flour) instead of regular flour. However, the manager rudely declined my request without offering any alternatives. I found the behavior of the manager highly unprofessional and disappointing. As a guest, I expected a more considerate approach, especially given my medical condition. This experience left me dissatisfied, as such indifference toward guests' needs is unacceptable in hospitality. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that special requests are handled more politely in the future.
