I came to know about Shaheen Bagh from a friend and called up Sandhya ji , the owner of the place to book 6 rooms . We stayed there for 3 nights and had the most wonderful experience. Located in a scenic spot, the beautiful property has all the amenities one would look for in any luxurious resort. The extra was the warmth of the owners and the personal care that went in to make our stay a memorable experience! We enjoyed the beautiful view from every room as well as the scrumptious meals ! We are surely coming back again!

Everything about this stay was perfect - the staff hospitality/ service, the aesthetics, the quality of the property, and cleanliness. The owner Mr Arun ji is personally involved in ensuring the guests have the most comfortable stay and he has handpicked everything in the property to elevate the experience. Will 10/10 recommend this!

I wish I could give them half a star!!!!! We had a destination wedding arranged here and had two days stay also planned here. The reviews had mentioned the rooms were luxurious and the management offered great service. But to our disappointment the rooms and the service offered was not at all as per their name. For 15k a night, the rooms and the service offered was below par! The fittings in the rooms’ washrooms were coming loose in pretty much all of the rooms we had booked. The room service was extremely slow and to get fresh towels to the rooms seemed like a task. The cherry on top Was the management team! The team was extremely rude and rigid and did not want to own up to their mistakes. Our cocktail event which was planned at their location had the food cooked in house at Shaheen Bagh. The food served was cold as ice and the Manager Mr. Raj Rana was not at all cooperative! The owner of the place seemed to be a micro manager and was not at all ready to cooperate! The location no doubt is beautiful but the poor management of the owner and the staff needs a lot of improvement. And yes they cannot cater to events rhe way they market and assure! And yes the hotel is not wheelchair accessible for a lot of their areas!

It was a nice stay amidst nature. they have a beautiful gardens with pool. Rooms were large with antique furniture with huge balconies. washrooms neat. Staff was good and supportive. just 20 mins from city. Will recommend to anyone whether couple or family.

Stayed at Shaheen Bagh from Feb 16 to Feb 20. Stayed at Hillview room. We have had an awesome experience. Fantastic location with a great view of Mussorie and the hills. The real estate is unmatched - it is so well laid out with lots of flora and fauna and an architectural beauty with old world charm. We had a special pahadi dinner - with mandave roti, some special lentils and greens - and that was one to remember for a long time. The food was cooked to order from scratch and takes time to be ready but well worth the wait. The best part was the owners personal touch and care for each and every guest. Kudos to them for building such a fine resort. It also shows with each and every staff member who take pride in making the guest stay highly enjoyable. Me and my wife are already discussing our plans for another stay here. Couple of things to note - the place is slightly away from shopping and commercial areas ( we had a car so no issues) , so plan your time accordingly. Also the wireless was patchy at times. Overall a hidden gem and an experience to remember.

Very well appointed property. We had very good and memorable stay. Additionally home made style organic food was appreciated by all family members. The staff led by Mr. Raj RANA were very courteous and made every effort to help us out of way to make our stay very hospitable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I should start by saying I stayed at this wonderful property as a guest of my friends who were hosting their daughter’s marriage reception so I can’t really comment on costs as I didn’t see a bill. Having said that all my interactions with Sandhya ( owners), Kamlesh ( consultant GM) and Raman ( Operations) were very positive and I don’t think a single problem was faced in terms meeting our many requests. My host had booked all the rooms and so it was just friends and family present and I think I speak for everybody when I say we were well looked after. The property itself is gorgeous and one does feel a sense of calm and comfort in this vast well looked after garden resort. The nightlights from Mussorie twinkle down on this place and add to the ambiance. Food was plentiful and well presented and I could not fault anything even if I tried. Day 2 of our stay included the reception and the 120+ guests who arrived for the function were also well looked after and catered to very professionally. The waiting staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful and a delight to interact with. I would return here any day- a great venue and lovely people to serve! A win win all the way!
