Comfort Inn Dehradun

Property surrounding was not clean. food was average. We paid for the breakfast but did not get it before we checked out at 7.15 am.

Poor property, rooms lock are not working well. We are not satisfied they not care of their property but staff is cooperative.

Overall stay was ok and the food is overpriced.. for bread omelette I had to pay 350 rupees and food quality is also bad .

Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts.

The property is located just beside the main road and is easily reachable from the Railway station. I reached the hotel at 6:30 am in the morning but there were no guards on the gate. I called the reception and was received by the receptionist. I had to pay ₹1000 extra for pre-checkin. I got my room in a few minutes and the rooms looked great. Overall, my stay was good. I think some processes can be streamlined. It took a lot of time while checking out as all the chargeable services were not billed. I had to remind the receptionists to charge. Also, I left my slippers outside for some time and when later I came to look for it, it was not there. I tried breakfast on the last day of my visit and it was average and overpriced.
