The wifi didn't worked. They didn't even had a cup of tea when ordered. Had to argue for that. The items in the menu were not available and was forced to order only meal they said was available and that too was delivered incomplete. The meal consisted of dal, rice, salad and one more item they delivered dal and roti. When questioning they gave rice. I dont recommend anyone staying there should remove this hotel from their list

Person sitting on reception was not interested in answering properly. I was in transit to mussoorie so it was just a night stay for me for few hours. No intercom provided. On asking they gave me a card and said call on this no. They didn't even care to take the luggage out at the time of checkout. The complimentary breakfast was good.

There is no telephone facility. Staff service is slow. There is no lift in the hotel. Everything else is fine, cleanliness too, bathroom is fine.

Stay was good and value for pay. Staff was supportive. I have good stay experience it is walking distance from railway station.

Very bad service, tv, wifi not working, room door locking not good, bed size not for family as per booking, brake fast not available, food quality very bad, this can be only for stay,
