The stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay. Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide. We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.

The property is good, the terrace view was owsome. Cleanliness and hygiene was maintained everywhere. Good option to go for. Staff is polite and helpful. Absolutely fabulous hotel.staff Deepika and Anjali are very cooperative and polite. Night person is very kind. All staff is friendly. Recommended to all my friends.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

We had a stunning 5 Star experience hosting a family wedding at Fairfield Marriott Dehradun in November 2024. The location and views are awesome, staff is super-helpful, food is absolutely delicious and wholesome ! The speed of attending to guests is very fast, attention to details and cleanliness is amazing. We very strongly recommend this property. The staff listens well to guests, work silently towards guest-delight, and show pride and ownership in their work. We were specially impressed with service provided by Vivek Rawat (Marketing), Azad (Bell Desk), Pawan (Pano Restaurant), Mukul (Pano restaurant), Kundan (Food & Beverage), Nitesh (Housekeeping), Sparsh (Front Office & Room Allocations), Ashish Pal (Front Office Head), Gurung Ji (Security), Pushkar Ji (Head Chef), and many others. We had a zero issue event. Our experience was far, far superior to any of our expectations. Truly lived up to the reputation of a Marriott.

Anand Kashi is indeed a place for anand. We spent three nights in Raag Malkauns ( Room no 203) which is a specious room with a bathroom that equals the size of a bedroom in a Mumbai flat! Some thoughtful 'specials' were - daily 'khuraak' of walnuts , almonds etc soaked in water kept in the room, support bars in the bathroom for the elderly and drinking water in a copper jug. Ganga flows majestically next to the resort and it was an absolute bliss to sit on the banks of the river and do nothing. It is a property owned by Forest Essentials owner - Meera Kulkarni and her gentle but subtle touch is felt in the renovation done in the property once occupied by the king of Tehri Garhwal. The spa is run by FE with its proprietary oils and masseurs Ning and Dhima were excellent. We have never come across a hotel where everybody is always smiling and seem content. Pinky, Jun and Rajni in the restaurant and Vijay & Saurabh (who is an excellent painter) who took care of everything, were great! Chef Harsh and Rajendra made sure that the food was noy just yummy but was like home! Housekeeping staff were ever ready to help. It is a small property with 22 rooms and personal touch makes the experience intimate. Our request for a firm mattress was kindly accommodated. GM Santanu Ghosh was always around to take care of smallest of the details. If I have to find fault, it will be the absence of sockets near the writing desk and next to the beds.
