The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

The location was accessible and checkin was smooth. Food was excellent, however order way before time, it will takes about an hour to come, same with the bar menu. Rest of the stay was wonderful. Worth the money.

Location -ok, food -ok, amenities- ok, service -ok
they need to take more care for maintenance as the flooring of the room, looks very pathetic! outside building structure, on the outer walls moss has grown, hotel management has to think the rapport of the ramada brand
