The hotel resolved any issues we had to which we are grateful for and kanaya at the reception provided excellent customer service we have stayed at this hotel before and will certainly choose Ramada Dheradun again.

5 Star property with 7 star hospitality and service. They have amazing Buffet breakfast and dinner especially during the weekend many activities happening. I would like to mention few staff who has shown exceptional experience to their guest not just me. Mr. Vipul front office manager including Ms. Shiwani, Mr. Sachi Mr Abhudaya & Garden Restaurant Ms. Angli Mr. Bhupesh, Mr. Lokesh Mr. Manager Deepak pandy. Chauffer Driver Satya Prakash I must admit that all staff are extremely helpful and kind including housekeeping & room service. I have been to many hotel chains around the world these guys really made me feel like home which is very rare. If I have a chance i would definitely visit again with my family. I wish everyone including Hotel G.M Sir the very best for the New Year 2025.

We organized a large-scale party at a prestigious hotel at Ramada Hotel, Dehradun and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail, from the planning to the execution, went smoothly. The evening was filled with memorable moments, elegant decor, fantastic food, and a lively atmosphere, all thanks to the outstanding team at the hotel. The hotel provided a perfect setting for our event. Located in a central area of the city, it was easily accessible for all our guests, which made a big difference in ensuring a great turnout. The venue itself was breathtaking—a spacious ballroom with tall ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and beautiful decor. The ambiance was upscale and refined, yet comfortable enough for guests to enjoy themselves. The coordination team of Mr. Ashutosh Kotnala at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. From our first meeting, they understood exactly what we envisioned for the event and worked tirelessly to make it happen. They provided expert advice on everything from the event timeline to catering options and even decor suggestions. They also handled all logistics efficiently, ensuring that we didn’t have to worry about any details on the big day. Communication was clear and prompt, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Nice hotel humble staff food taste was good services were top notch stayed here for 2 days overall experience was great rooms are cozy and comfortable Navraj and Khushboo helped a lot during stay Kartik escorted us so well I will surely recommend others

Room service and front reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional especially Khushboo. For any queries asked they used to hang up telling will call back in 2 mins and their 2 mins would never come. We had to repeatedly follow up multiple times. It was my anniversary and we were welcomed with stain and stinking pillows with hair on it, stained bedsheets, unclean toilets, seeping walls ( and they falsely claimed that it was newly renovated). For refilling of beverage set we had to repeatedly call them everyday. Too much of noise outside that disturbed my kid's sleep. Had expressed my grievance to Khushboo and other team members from reception but they turned a blind eye and deaf ears to it. Overall pathetic service on my anniversary. Need full refund for the same.

Mr kanhaiya and navraj too good , they understood my room issue and without any hesitation they changed my room .. Also early check in was provided 4 hrs early , very humble and polite staff ..highly recommended good service . Gym and swimming pool is there with good breakfast

Very cozy and comfortable. Good cleanliness. Would recommend this hotel in case you are looking for a good stay without any kind of hindrances. The food here was good including the morning breakfast. Highly recommended. The staff was very polite and helped us throughout.

The stay was very good and fantastic we enjoyed the stay cool and moderate weather rooms very good but the hotel needs renovation overall the staff was good and so kind Noopur and Kanhaiya were so nice of us highly recommended to visit good at all
