I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. upon checking in, I was informed that there was no AC in the room. I had to pay an extra amount of 2500/- for an AC room. Additionally, there was no electricity backup in the room, leading to no water supply. The hotel also did not provide water bottles as promised. Upon checking in, it was discovered that there was no AC in the room. The hotel then charged an extra amount for an AC room, offering only a deluxe triple bed room instead of a deluxe or super deluxe room. This situation was unfair and it seems that the intention was not right. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly.
