Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the futur

Poorly managed place with an all too-powerful manager by the name of Ashish. He is so discourteous that even the senior of the owners, Mr. Banasal, has no control on the goings on in the resort. If Ashish says that room will be given in Rs.5000/- only then there is no fall back to talk to. Ashish himself tells people that he works under junior Bansal only and senior Bansal cannot do anything. God help this disrespectful manager. Bansals need to quickly get rid of Ashish to improve the resort.

Only one thing was missing, an electric heater could have been provided or offered in the room due to extreme cold weather. Food quality is good. Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

The hotel is just opposite to the Dehradun Railway Station. Some part of it is still under construction. But, from stay perspective, it is ready. We visited and stayed here on our way to a Himalayan Trek. The overall experience was good. The check-in was pretty smooth. Being a new hotel, everything appears and feels new. The room was good with bright colors. Room size was decent. It had a small balcony. The bathroom was neat & clean. The bedding was of good quality. The room had all required amenities. We were family of 3 and hence required additional bed. It was provided immediately on request. The portable bed was also of good quality. The hotel has a small restaurant as well. However, it was priced on a bit higher side. The food items we requested had different portions and when we enquired about it, they did not bother to check and correct it. The food taste was good though. Overall, it's a nice little hotel good for short stay near the railway station.

One of the best hotels near Dehradun Airport is Padmini Palace. I stayed there for a two-day business trip, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the airport. The ambiance of the property was exceptional. I highly recommend booking a stay here if you're looking for accommodations in Dehradun and proximity to the airport is a priority. The stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay.
Almost all Staffs assisted and looked at our needs including driver and guide.
We really got our blessings in this spiritual land. Thank you totally kind souls that we met. God bless all.

I have been staying at this resort for almost last 25 years .It is always a wonderful experience coming back year after year. It has become more of coming home and even the staff know my choices. My favorite room is 0811 /0813 which mukesh and the front desk try and accommodate me. The house keeping staff ,Balveer ,Ajay and Vinod are always there to cater to my requirement. Mr.pyare in the restaurant ever ready to serve , always smiling with very reassuring words Ho jaye ga sir !! I look forward to many more visits.

We was here for Christmas it was a very memorable and outstanding night for us. They organised music in open terrace . which is phenomenal as well as they serve very tasty food. Rooms are also very neat and clean. Mr.Hom from front desk , helped us for the local attractions , he assist us very nicely. Which was very helpful for us. He is very corporative guy, he was always ready to help you in every situation.Make sure to get in touch with him for make your stay comfortable.

Our stay at The Claridges Nabha Residence was absolutely fantastic. First and foremost was the location - slightly away from the Mall road to have peace and quiet but still close enough to get there easily. We also had the most amazing service from every member of staff, right from the security, front office staff, restaurants, housekeeping..... Absolutely top notch service and no request was too much for them. We were given great options for our trips everyday and we used the hotel's car services. We had great drivers (you need them in the mountainous roads), reliable and courteous. The cars were really clean and well maintained too. The breakfast spread was not only tasty but also had great variety. The four of us had different tastes and we all were fully satisfied. We also had our dinners at the in-house restaurant. Even though it was winter, we chose the outside seating it was the best decision we took. We opted for the bonfire ***** with our dinner and we had a memorable time. Great ambience accompanied by some excellent food. Our rooms were also super comfortable with the right level of heating. The bathrooms had been newly renovated and had heated toilet seats - a great feeling in the winters!! I would highly recommend staying at the Claridges if you are visiting Mussourie as a couple or as a family. You will not regret it.

AAdvocate Gargi WHi So my sister and I had booked our stay at your Mussorie property. Subsequently due to an emergency my sister had to book an early morning departure from Dehradun. Due to rains the road from Mussoorie to Dehradun had landslides and debris at several points. My sister would have had to leave as early as 2 am in the dark. As a solo female and considering the erratic rains we had requested for a cancellation of the last day (16th September). Request was raised via goibibo. A gentleman from your management called on 15th and confirmed my request considering the precarious situation and the risk a female travelling alone at 2 am would have to take and informed that he will confirm the cancellation request with goibibo. Despite repeated communication and even after sharing the call log with your team of the confirmation I had received from you, I have still received no confirmation as informed by goibibo. I will request you to fulfil your commitment and revert back and resolve the issue with goibibo. Thank you once again.

THE ROOMS ARE MADE OF WOOD AND VIEWS ARE BREATHTAKING. THE SERVICE AND HELP WERE PRETTY GOOD. EVEN THE ROOMS AT THAT RATE WERE UNBELIEVEABLE. THE WASHROOMS ARE QUITE BIG AND BALCONIES HAVE THEIR WAY THROUGH THE WASHROOM.
