酒店沒有房間還在接客把我們拉到隔壁沒有裝修好的房子，設施都沒到位除了一張床，向去哪兒申請退房，雖然同意了，但我有兩張訂單，我退了一張一間雙人房的，沒有注意到我還有五張大床房的是分開訂的，所以沒相到要退兩張才行，結果老闆老闆看到了也不説，導致另外一張產生付款，第三天發現問題了，和去哪兒交涉，老闆不停撒謊，弄了整整一天時間去哪兒終於搞清真相，把錢退給我了。這家老闆是最沒有信譽和良性的，大家千萬注意

總之誰住誰後悔，非常差，沒有之一。
1、房間號都可以發錯且房間內不能反鎖，有嚴重安全隱患；
2、晚上八點多了房間都還沒打掃，房間打掃不及時且屋內衞生慘不忍睹。上一個客人用完的被子都沒有收拾。
3、打掃保潔其中一個男喝醉酒且在我們等候時的房間內抽煙且煙頭到處丟絲毫不顧及我們帶小孩子出來的感受；
4、用擦馬桶的抹布來擦其他地方；
5、訂的套房有三室一廳，但是浴巾卻只有2個，提出要再家兩個，且被告知沒有，要麼用還沒有乾的。
6、我們四家人帶小孩出來玩，我朋友另外一間也是出現和上面一樣的情況。
7、提出取消不良商家卻還不同意取消，我們實際沒有入住。

為了看霧松，臨時訂的。優點房間很大，陽台也很大。但樓頂是木頭的，密閉性較差，空調壞的，一個晚上呼呼的響，沒睡好
