The stay was good. Initially we were given a small room and on requesting a bigger room was given. But the washroom was unclean. The staff was decent and the services were average. Over all an average experience.

Location of hotel rockland was fabulous. Staff was extremely courteous but the room allotted was a category below with respect to which i had booked. Food was not great but price was on higher side.

Hotel rooms are too old and outdated. Even the door locks are not working properly. Bathroom is dirty and too small to fit a person. At night u will find mosquito

The worst hotel to stay even if u don't find rooms anywhere other than this. Better to stay in any budget hotel as they have rooms worst than any new budget hotel while claiming to be a 4 star property. Full of damp. Ruined walls damaged ceiling bed mattress as worst as u can imagine. Even food quality was not at all worth the price they charge.

Stayed at Rockland hotel for a week. This is my second time' at the property and had a very comfortable stay.The hotel is very accommodating and is located in a prime location, complimentary breakfast was of a decent spread. I was put up at one of their newly renovated room which was of a good size and very clean.

No hot water. No toilet paper. Complained about 5 times and nothing was done. Numbers for house keeping and room service don't work. This is our first time in India and we chose to stay here on the first night and regretting it. Very disappointed!
