Nice hotel and has a balcony for view outside. Breakfast has a lot of choices. The water in the swimming pool is clean. Not far from train station, kota tua Semarang, as well to shopping center. Will stay again for next trip.

Overall is okay... but cleanliness is just a bit lack.. the good thing about this hotel is the room is spacious.. the swimming pool is belonged to the neighboring hotel MG Suites so customers from MG setos can not use the swimming pool freely, we have to pay 50k rupiah per person to be able to use the pool... the other downside is the Parking area, from the parking area to first lobby there is no elevator so if you bring a lot of luggage you have to carry it heavily by stair from parking area to first lobby before you can take the elevator.. so it is kinda a hassle.. but you can drop your belonging in front of the first lobby if you dont want to carry it all yourself there is the staff offering trolly, at night the parking area is locked it is safe but become a problem when you want to go out at night or come back at night

The place is surrounded by zoo1 but the bamboo room 2 for the bathroom was fixed. Yeah. The closet... because of the bauk3. And shake the clothes.. if you want to go to the house, it's not good.. ..the reproductive servants are friendly.. thanks for the lower.

overall good. brand new building with great concept. even the room was spacious enough for the price. but untuk sprei nya i think im not lucky enough krn agak apek..... and lil bit noda but its okay. the aircon was SUPER COOL LOL. oh and my room neighbor was super noisy at night :( and for the wifi speed im sorry they're bad:( but twas great experience and definetely would be back!＜3

I've stayed for 2 nights on my staycation in Semarang. Room is clean, tidy and comfy, but there are some spots on the towel. Also the spray jet valve were leaks, so I got to turn it on/off during using it. I like the breakfast menu, quite variative choice and tastes goods. The sky pool was fresh in the morning, but don't forget to applied sun block on your skin. Overall is good for an affordable price.

This Amanda Hills is not on the side of the highway, but in the alley, and it's quite far and it's quite high, which makes it a good sight of whether the car's getting strong, unfortunately it's quiet, so it's not stuck in the middle of the road. It was a 2 units that can be connected (with connecting doors), but we only rented 1 unit. Each unit is a 2 room, 1 family room with TV, sofa and table, back terrace, and 1 bathroom. The furniture also looks like it needs to be rejuvenated. Some doors of the cabinet can't close properly. It's a bit difficult to charge the phone here, because the power plug is located quite high, so it's hard to put the phone when charging. Forced to put the phone in the top cabinet when charged, or on the floor, near the TV in the family room. He said because the hotel is fully booked, so the battery-powered phone system is disturbed. But we can still contact the front office with WA, and they respond quickly (even when booking they respond to the WA quickly). The hotel provides free wifi, but the connection is not stable, and the signal is large/small, depending on the location of the bungalow/room from the wifi spot. The rooms are a bit narrow. One room with double bed and the other room with twin beds. The bed is also less comfortable. The furniture is old, even the sheets we were torn apart in 2 places. The room window is a nano window, so we were a bit worried when we slept there will be insects coming in. But fortunately it didn't happen. The room lights are set from the buttons located on the bottom, not on the wall, we were confused at first, modern bathroom, shower type, with a large sink and a sitting closet. Towels are provided for 4 people, soap/shampoo in the dispenser and toothbrush + toothpaste. Towels are provided in the bungalow. It's hard to turn on hot water. But the technician responded quickly when called, so the problem was solved. The back patio leads to the mountain view and the shade of shade. In the morning, don't miss seeing the sunrise from this back terrace.

This is a clean and nice hotel, located a bit far from Simpang Lima Semarang. The room is nice, with hot water flowing, no smoking odor room, and cool AC. However the hotel reservation system through the MyHorison website, needs more improvement. When I made a reservation through the MyHorison website, I didn't receive a confirmation number through my email, but only three lines messages confirming that I have successfully make the reservation (without mentioning the confirmation number) and a suggestion to contact a whatsapp number if I hadn't receive another email confirming my payment after 30 minutes. Waited for more than 30 mins, I didn't receive the confirmation number, then I contacted the whatsapp number plus whatsapp number of this specific hotel. They need hours to send me my room reservation confirmation number, and when they finally did, the confirmation showed my reservation was ”unpaid” (while actually I did pay the room using my credit card). On the check-in date, I gave the print out of the short email and the room confirmation with unpaid status to the receptionist. She took picture of those papers, and asked for a certain number from me, which I didn't have, so I gave her an sms message from my credit card that showed I have paid the transaction. She took picture of my sms from my mobile phone and finalized the process, and gave me the key to my room. From this story you can learn that the reservation process until I got my room was very very painful and stressful. This hotel definitely has to learn from other hotel on how to upgrade their technology for their painless reservation process.

The location is convenient but for the facilities I think it's normal.. I took a family suit for 2 million dollars I saw in the advertisement there is a children's tent and children's breakfast which is cute for photos.. but until there twrreal must add another 300rb/pax .. The price is quite high, yes with ordinary facilities.. very standard toiletries .. although the price is not inferior to a 4-star hotel.. for breakfast is quite varied and for delivery to the room without additional charge .. The pool is warm but it's not too warm from the afternoon .. but it's not bad .. the minizoo hopes to be more equipped and the playground can also be upgraded .. so that there are extra activities for children without having to go out of the hotel .. I was interested in staying at this hotel because of its unique location in a residential complex and the beautiful atmosphere around the hotel. I made a reservation through booking.com, all processes until I checked in everything went smoothly, the check-in process was very efficient, no more than 3 minutes. However, all thoughts of enjoying a clean and quiet room, and the desire to enjoy the surroundings of the hotel through the bedroom window, vanished in an instant. My eyes immediately found strands of hair on the couch and also on the bathroom floor, and the bedroom window was closed with an iced glass window which made sure I couldn't see anything from the room, let alone enjoy the natural atmosphere that had been beautiful in my mind. DISAPPOINTED. TIPS : 1. Please be careful when getting off the vehicle in front of the hotel lobby, because that area is also a road for residential residents, so make sure it is safe before you get out of the vehicle, because sometimes from the left and right vehicles pass by at high speed. 2. Make sure that your room's window is _see through_ so that you will not _trapped_ in a room with NO view!
