This hotel deserves 4 bulldozers and not 4 stars! Everything is dilapidated, the swimming pool has apparently been out of service for a long time; breakfast is not; the establishment seems frozen since the 70s…. If we have to find something positive, let's say that the gentleman at reception tries to be kind enough but that's not enough!!

We are a school group on a trip, we only stayed one day in this "hotel"; one day is enough and more to understand the degradation of the structure. From the outside the hotel is already dilapidated and gives the impression of an old and unkept place. As soon as you enter you notice the bad smell of the probably not ventilated environment, even though it was sunny and with a beautiful view. The rooms, if at first glance they may seem spacious, in reality looking more carefully at the spaces and the furniture, they appear very dirty and poorly maintained. First of all, in the bathroom bin we found a lot of mold and organic materials of dubious origin; the sheets were stained in several places with unidentified red, white and brown stains (probably blood), torn, pierced and covered in hair and various fur. There were still dead bugs (a dead spider in the bathroom) DISGUSTING!!!! The device into which you had to insert the key to make the electrical system work was already precariously secured with tape when we arrived, and shortly after our stay in the room it fell. When we asked for help at the reception we were told that they couldn't solve it immediately and that they would intervene the next day, leaving us without electricity. We solved the problem by using plasters instead of tape which they didn't have in the lobby. The walls are still stained and the furniture ruined and dusty like the rest of the room. The canteen served poorly cooked and poorly served dishes, and the environment was very hot (as were the rooms) and smelly. We found hair on the plates, midges in the salad and dirty glasses. The staff was unprepared, slow (it took them 40 minutes to change the dirty sheets, replaced with equally dirty ones) and inefficient. We attach photos of the various and unpleasant situations. We strongly advise against the place which is absolutely not a four star!

We stayed in this hotel for a school trip, to say horrible is an understatement. The bedroom window didn't close and we had to sleep in the cold; the sheets were stained with blood; the walls were encrusted with mold and the bathroom drain didn't have a filter. during the night my roommate started to feel itchy all over her skin, probably due to mites. The dinner plates were oily and the food bad. In the morning we found a live spider in the room, to make matters worse there is no lift and the bathroom door could not be closed otherwise we would be locked inside. I absolutely do not recommend a stay at this property.

Old and dirty structure: stained carpet (blood?), as well as sheets, towels, blankets. Dead bugs scattered here and there. The staff, to whom the situation was reported, said it was the boys. Better not to add anything else. Indescribable and indecent. I can also add photos....

I have no words because I have never seen this!! reread the opinion of Joêl L which is consistent with what he describes; I'm outraged!! The view from the balcony (be careful it could collapse) is beautiful unless you look down, you will see the advanced state of dilapidation of this pitiful hotel!!! the breakfast terrace (lamentable) does not present any security for customers and especially children: the protective barrier is broken, you take one more step and it's a void! Turn on your heels and take back a room just nearby: the Amalia, which we did!

On the 3rd day of October 28th we decided to go on a trip to the historical Delphi as it was a journey of a few hours from the capital. After a (very) short research we booked in the hotel in question as it was one of the only ones available in the wider area. Arriving at the accommodation we regrettably found that it was a palace... but a palace of the time it was built (1950) as apart from the frames and a few other details, it has not changed at all. Our room must have been closed since last year as only bed linen and towels had been changed. On entering we found 2 dead worms (moisture), an extinguished cigarette in the ashtray on the balcony and a thick layer of dust under the bed. Of course we informed the clerk at the reception and the next day, after returning from our visit to the archaeological site, we found the room spotless, which should have been done before they welcomed us. The only good thing was the view from the balcony where you could see as far as Itea. I am very sorry for these comments.

Spent 2 nights in a family suite. Incredible views, very polite stuff that made us feel comfortable. Very good service levels. Big and comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. Pets allowed and treaded like guests. Old times glory thar needs a renovation but all other aspects of hospitality made us very happy for staying. Highly recommended

The hotel is too old,( no renovated) and too expensive for the quality of its services..Clients have to be very careful in booking. We have booked and prepaid a two separate rooms appartment and instead they gave us a quadruple one space room, insisting that we were wrong. They tried to sell us the two separate room for 75 euros more. The breakfast time starts at 8.00 a.m (too late)and ends at 10.00 which i consider too little time.

We were given a different room than the one we had agreed on. The agreement was for a two-bed four-bed room and the room they showed us when we arrived at the hotel was a one-bed four-bed room despite the fact that we had requested it verbally, we had put a deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay in that particular room and we mentioned this in the justification of the deposit. As it was the three days of Shrove Monday we had to settle for the inferior room as the one we had agreed on was no longer available. The solution proposed by the hotel was to give us another much more expensive room.
